Also, on the Cold Weather Payments thang... I've apparently had/am due one since last November. Fukkin pisstake. They're tight as fuck with 'em. Literally one minute above the cut-off point at any stage of the week and ya get fuck all. Yeah long story but to cut it very short I haven't seen him since he was 4 months old and he is now 19.
Found each other on Facebook a while back and been slowly trying to get to know each other.
Was never my choice not to see him, his mother moved them both away and I had no idea where they lived.
He is coming to meet all my side of the family next month and we can't wait to see him again.
Deffo gonna be a very emotional time.

Collaborating with my ex on a writing project. She writes, I edit and rearrange and offer ideas. Really enjoying it, we used to do it all the time when we were younger, getting fucked on speed and thinking up story briefs then writing and reading em to each other. She's a brilliant writer, is a lot more creative than me but I've always been better with the grammar and spelling and structure so we work well together. Is a nice way to keep in touch too, cos I only see her a couple times a year now.

Snolls: That's a lovely idea. Have often thought a similar setup would be good for me, actually. Was always very fond of writing (fond, not good at mind 8)) but lack of focus and critical input has always been a problem. Sometimes you just end up going in ever decreasing circles and fizzling out cos there's nobody to point out where it started to go wrong or to suggest possible ideas for fixing it. Was dubious of collaborative creativity for many years but mostly think it's probably a very Good Idea these days. Is very helpful to have somebody to work with - particularly somebody who's skills lie in the areas your own somewhat lack.

I'm good with the critical part and if you give me a brief I can write fine but having another person really helps that lack of motivation that tends to come about. Is especially useful with someone you're close to as we're not afraid of criticising each other's work and we both take it well, probably wouldn't coming from someone else though. We've often talked about writing a kids book but would probably end up on some sort of register knowing us. I should dig out the Trisha based erotica we wrote when we were around 17, that ended up posted on some adult fiction site and garnered a number of approving comments from people I can only assume are a danger to themselves and others.
She just sent me a sex scene to review that she's working on for uni, it's shockingly well written and I'd post if it weren't going to be part of her final project. Never read one before that doesn't make my genitals try to escape into my stomach.

Had a brother who did summat similar. His was Michaela Strachen (sp?) based though. Was a mixture of collages of photos of her with rather crude drawings of himself (complete with enormocock, naturally :D) "interacting" with said pix, alongside some seriously explicit home-penned "erotica" about what he'd do to her with his "huge, veiny penis". Was actually rather impressed with the effort he'd gone to tbh. I mostly just stuck to (sometimes quite literally) bogstandard hedgepr0n and a handful of jazzmags bought for us by "bigger boys" that got passed around like sacred relics at school. Not half as creative in me teen wankdom as he was :D

I find that most wimminz who have spoken on the pr0n topic tend to favour vidz over magz generally. Not all, but most. Of the wimminz who have any interest in pr0n anyway. Although plenty that claim to find it disgusting are more than happy to read some pretty hardcore "erotic fiction" which is pr0n in all but name really. Admittedly it tends to be a step up from the readers letters sections in Razzle :D
Didn't Alistair Campbell used to write "readers letters" for some jazz mag before going into the far less respectable profession he ended up in? So i cocked up my Virgin Direct Debit thus incuring a bank fee of £15 n a late fee of £10 .
