Not to sound like a petulant know-it-all, but when taking stims it's always important to hydrate and remember to eat. Regular sips of juice or water. Small snacks here and there, or a real sit-down meal if you prefer. The bad thing about stims is they make you forget about eating and drinking anything. I know all about it -- it has happened to me before.
I've used stims, and then suddenly I remember: shit, I haven't eaten or had any water since 7:00 a.m.! The onset of acute dehydration and low blood sugar are NO FUN. Been there, done that. A few too many times, actually.
About these RC's: It's also a good idea to monitor your dosages carefully. Start small, work up gradually. One person's idea of a "fun time" (i.e. bombing/snorting/vaping a large dose) may not work the same for you. If you don't have a scale, then that falls under the heading of "EYEBALLING RC'S IS A BAD IDEA". People much more experienced than I can verify that concept better than I can.
In your post you don't say how many mg's you consumed, or what ROA you used. If your kidneys (and head) are in trouble, you've likely taken too much.
You say "I ache everywhere" ... that's odd. Never heard that from EPH before. I've gotten strange headaches from it, but the ache doesn't sound right. But maybe it's just your body saying "I've had too much".
Hope you got things sorted out and you feel better!
