Yea he robs a Walgreens and gets 1 year house arrest and 3 years probation? Are you fucking kiddin me? They would throw us bluelighters under the fucking jail just for thinking about doing some shit like that
 
Well ya but, we aren't rich or famous. Look at what TI got for having all those guns. A slap on the wrist and community service where he'd make appearances. Dude had a full auto glock 18 pistol among other things.
 
ALbany is a very greazy place I used to live there and went to school there. Upstate by there you can get any drug under the sun, but the main ones are hard, soft, and dope. Also there is always a heavy state and local police presence, so you need to watch out for them and also you need to watch out for the many thugs, robbers, fiends, scumbags, and pretty much anyone else. My best advice is too meet someone and go with them because ALbany alone, especially Arbor heights is extremely ghetto and the block boys will have no problem checking you.

^^1st why the hate for Lou?

2nd: the members of Pink Floyd werent really drug users, sans syd barret n he left fairly early on, even tho their music has almost become synoymous with drug use

3rd you say LSD is the main drivin force nehind what is concidered modern pop but you really didnt provide much examples or proof or anything really to back that statement up.

i dont deny LSD has had influence on music just as i dont deny dope did as well

BUT, if the extent of pink floyds use isnt docmented, and most things ive seen indicate they werent particularly drug users themselves, then what are you basing these accusations on exactly?

I think it's a pretty well known fact that a few of members had heavy dope addictions back in the day. Shit "Comfortably Numb" is all about being on heroin.
 
the only stuff ever really being admitted and documented is syds over use of LSD

roger waters says he tried LSD twice

richard wright was said to have a cocaine addiction which led to him leavign the band

of course marijuana was used

but never is there anything really documented about heroin

im not saying these dudes were straight edge but i think people assume more about their drug use due to their music

either way i could be wrong, but im just sayin "hard drug use fucked up their sound" isnt really fair to say about pink floyd, and its disputable whether or not comfortably numb is in fact about heroin

i mean if im wrong then im wrong, and ill accept it, im just sayin it would be nice if someone could show documentation of all this hard drug use (particularly heroin) that so many people claim the members were involved in
 
I believe he pled guilty and received 3 years probation and one year of home confinement. He also threatened the pharmacist that he'd set off a bomb if he didn't get the jams. I feel that if it was one of us, we'd get hit with some Patriot Act shit and we'd never see the light of day again. He got off lightly.

He made off with 6 bottles of OxyContin and jumped in a cab that took him back to the arena to play the show. I think he got arrested upon arrival or shortly there after.

If I were him and had pulled that shit, I wouldn't have gone to the most obvious place to find me, like at the concert where I'm supposed to be performing. He had to know he was screwed so he should have just found some discreet spot to start railing back lines.
 
wow i just read it..it said the cabbie took the cops back to his tour bus lol what an idiot! didnt even think to act like a concert go-er and not part of the fuckin band..thats like getting picked up by a cap from your house, after you called ahead and gave them your address, had them take you to the pharmacy, rob it, have them wait for you and then take you back to your house and you pay them and go back inside. what an idiot.
