I agree by the way, 10mgs good starting point. I'm happy with 5mgs at a time, though I might on occassion build up through the day. But yeah, disregarding tolerance, I wouldnt receomend anyone unfamiliar with this sort of compound take more than 10mgs first time, & be patient while the effects establish & alter.

... & for anyone planning to eye-ball this shit I advise STRENUOUSLY against it. VERY STRENUOUSLY!
 
I think it must affect people in different ways. After experimenting a few times with it now I can quite happily do around 50-100mg without it messing me up to the point people notice, at worst I would seem slightly drunk. I can still interact with people and have even been on a bike ride after doing about 75mg and it was great fun. Anything over 100mg though I can feel the hole coming on and I could not handle that in public or anywhere other than at home. I have used Ketamine a lot in the past though which might explain my tollerence, I'm not sure.
 
15mg is a low dose for me, 35 is the most I'd go to if I wanted to be able to do much more than lie in bed.
 
thats for the op...i tried some of this after a mate was sold it as ket. i used a small amount to start me off and was i lucky lol...crazy stuff but ive smelled it another few times since and think i enjoy it but it can get scarey at times

young lad i know emailed me tody telling me he was in a nite club the wend and a few people fucked up on it.was being sold as super ket or Rhino tranquilizer.

people thinking its ket and doing big lines of it.
 
I couldnt find a more recent open thread on eadd, but wanted to add this somewhere (doesnt quite merit its own thread me thinks)

I have only ever purchased 3 x1 g bags of mxe, and i didnt enjoy the 1st 2. Being a rather persistent character though I recently opened my 3rd 1g bag (purchased while legal) and as sods law would have it actually really enjoyed it. (i diddnt take the whole bag )

I wonder if different vendors use slighly different ingredients in theit chems, just enough to make a difference to the effect. Im sure this mxe and ethyl from one particular vendor is much nicer that the other vendor i got those from. :?

I wish I had tried mxe while it was still legal and easy to buy. Haven't tried any of these new drugs yet just the 'classics'.
 
The DEA identified a synthetic impurity which is likely to make batches containing it somewhat more stimulating. You can read the discussion about said impurity here.

Other than that, there is no reason that batches would differ.
 
The stuff i had felt more speedy and manic, i think thats why i prefered it; plus i got the hang of adding 10-20 mg or whatever every 30-60 mins. Woeks better indeed that way than bosh all at once.

I had cannibinoids for accelarators, and various benzoes for breaks, metaphorically speaking..

Tolerance builds pretty quickly, I can't really give you a number but it was probably about six months of use two or three times a week before I really noticed the tolerance kicking in to annoying levels. On the other hand I doubt I'll ever relive the magic of my first two or three large dose experiences.
