So Ive been taking Piracetam for almost 2 weeks now... and Ive definitely noticed some effects. Ive had FAR less side effects than I did with Noopept, and the positive effects have also been more pronounced for me as well. I have roughly 100 grams of Piracetam powder. I have no scale, but it came with a measuring scoop. A full scoop is anywhere between 1200 - 1400 mg's of Piracetam and that's the dose range Ive been taking twice daily for 2 weeks now. I didn't really do the attack dose thing except for one day where I took around 3600-ish mg's of it the third day of the regimen. Ever since it's been 1200 (or 1400) twice daily for 2 weeks, usually I take my first dose anywhere from 9am - 12am and my second anywhere from 3pm - 5pm. I have definitely noticed effects. Mostly pretty subtle, as Ive read, but not always.
The most profound and least subtle thing Ive noticed is my ability to recall dreams has gone through the f****** roof. Ive had 3 dreams in the past 2 weeks that I remember almost perfectly. I can almost map out the whole environment/ dreamscape of one of my recent dreams in my head, a dream that I had a weeks ago. That's never really happened to me before, and it's definitely no coincidence. It's quite crazy/ interesting. Another effect that hasn't been too subtle is the vision enhancement that Ive often ready about before trying Piracetam, although that hasn't happened to me in a few days now, but it should be noted that the past few days have been quite cloudy and grey. Ive noticed this since the second day I started taking it, and 1 day stands out more then the rest. It was exactly 1 week after I had begun taking Piracetam and I was on my way home from work around 3pm on a day when the sun was shinning and EVERYTHING LOOKED BRILLIANT! Colors were so saturated, and the sun was shinning on the wet road and the light reflecting off of it was absolutely brilliant. Almost to the level of detail and brilliance of a psychedelic experience (I thought specifically of Mescaline at the time). Obviously there was no trippy visual effects to go along with it, but it looked incredibly vibrant and defined and beautiful. That was amazing.
Now onto how it's effect my mood, memory, and focus... on certain days (but not every day) I do feel more at peace and content with things and am much better at dealing with stressful situations at work. Ive been a little more talkative then normal lately and definitely feeling quite good overall. It's not like a druggy rush of euphoria or anything like that, but a very subtle "it's alll goood" kind of feeling. I really like it. Ive also been thinking of and using bigger words than normal when I speak. My memory recall has improved, but not so much when I need to memorize something and recall it later. I mean it has worked for that in some cases, but so far it seems to be more effective at random. Like I will look at something and all of the sudden whatever I'm looking at will make a memory pop into my head, a memory that I haven't thought about in quite a while. Things like that. This has happened a number of times in the past 2 weeks. Now the focus aspects have been rather mixed. It definitely does improve it sometimes, but I also feel like there are other times where I make stupid mistakes that I wouldn't normally make. Ive really experienced both better focus and slightly worse focus than normal at different times. It seems to vary.
I was wondering if anybody had any advice on this? I really like the Piracetam overall, I don't want to say screw it like I did with Noopept. The negative effects haven't been anywhere near as bad and it's really working for me overall. i really feel like it has good potential. Dose anybody have another dosage to recommend? Anything I can take with Piracetam to make it better? I have been taking Lecithin about 3 times a day at dosages of 12000 mg's each, and in addition I also drink a few glasses of milk daily, so I have pretty good Choline intake. just recently I ordered GDP Choline, never tried it before but Ive heard it's the best Choline source and very nootropic on it's own. I am planning on taking it with Piracetam and lowering my Lecithin intake. the CDP Choline should be here this Wednesday. But yeah, any advice at this point would be great. I hope to get the most out of this and so far I'm loving about 90% of the effects Ive had.
