cooked lots of delicious healthy foods this weekend.
friday: baked chicken drumsticks, homemade tabbouleh, mixed greens
saturday: leftover tabbouleh with avocado hummus and black bean soup
sunday: homemade veggie stir fry with basmati rice, shiitake shrooms, carrots, celery, broccoli, ginger, and cashews. split a bar of super dark chocolate with my man for dessert.
plus about 3 rounds of SUPER JUICE throughout the wknd, mixed random fruits and veggies plus ginger for breakfast or lunch meal replacements

I am on a roll with cooking, Im gonna try and make some new recipes this week too. Keeping a wide variety of foods and colors in my diet is helping so so much with motivation and overall happiness! FOOD SHOULD TASTE AND FEEL GOOD!
not to mention my stomach feels fucking incredible!!! Finally got un-bloated from overconsumption of booze + rich foods over holiday break. feels nice to fit in my pants again, ha!
