Serotonin, how do you pack so many kcal in your sandwich? Double-decker, butter the bread, ??? I ask because I love to make 1000kcal breakfasts when I'm bulking to stretch my stomach for the day. This usually means eating a half cup of quinoa, eggs, yogurt or noodles, granola or mrb, and usually fruit and nuts too. If I could just eat a sandwich that would be way simpler.

I last ate pizza, no lab ingredients at least.

3 slices of bread (70kcal each), 5 table spoons peanutbutter (~500kcal), 4 servings jelly (~200kcal). I usually eat a table spoon or two of pb while making the sandwich and after eating, I still got room for a shake or whatever have you. granted some will say the jelly spikes insulin too sharply but I find the good mix of simple and complex carbs works well for me (instant long lasting energy).

not a problem. I call that sandwich "ol faithful" cuz whenever Idk what I wanna eat, I just make one of those. its very calorie dense and gives you a content fullness to where you don't feel stuffed. makes for a good "main course" for breakfast or lunch or can do as I do and make it a snack in the afternoon :D I have late dinners (8-9pm) so one of these at like 3/4pm carries me over.

pistachio's! 'best nut around'. you can quote me on that :p
Actualli I'm thinking of leeks......
yeh leeks are a bit bland for my liking. i mean il eat them though i dont go out of my way to get them, never grown them. good in soups and stews imo.

^Brazil nuts bitch! 8o

But pistachios are good, I like shelled pumpkin seeds, "pepitas", they're sometimes called....

I'm quite the food snob for a long time junkie! lol

roast beef, horse radish cream, tabouli, cole-slaw, guacamole, pasta, bread role.

yeh pepitas are goooood!

^ seriously? wow you can tell you are not Welsh hahaha.

I suggest you become better acquainted with vegetables...preferably fresh and organic for optimal goodness and lack of poisons.

Soup with lentils, rice, a few handfuls of bombay mix and mixed nuts.

^Leeks are big oniony things....Yeah, I've seen them my whole life but never bought them...They are like big green onions with the long stalks but even bigger...

I'm a big onion fan so I gotta try 'em....never knew how much significance they had in Wales! lol

Chinese pepper steak over crab fried rice.

Had a bunch of leftovers from my family's New Year's dinner, and this sounded like the most delicious thing I could think to make this evening. And it was much more delicious than I thought it would be. I've got a huge bowl of the stuff sitting in my kitchen - y'all are welcome to come over and have some ;)

For New Years I made gumbo, steak (2" cut, seared top sirloin), king crab legs, shrimp scampi, roasted asparagus, twice baked potatoes, cheddar garlic biscuits, and alcoholic orange julius. I spent damn near $200 on groceries, but it was worth it.

orange julius

Great, now I'm craving something that hasn't been in my hometown (or state, even) for almost a score of years. 8(

I'm drooling just thinking about how it tastes, I haven't forgotten after all this time...

I last ate pasta and meatballs with salad and baguette on the side. Something else too, I forget what it was.

^Crab fried rice! Damn that sounds good....did you use canned crab?

No sir - left over King Crab meat. Go big or go home ;)

I know that feel, bro. Luckily, this recipe is pretty damn close to the real thing. Also, be sure to use powdered sugar instead of granulated (makes it creamier) and I like to drizzle in a little honey for a bit more of a rounded flavor. If you want to party, mix in some rum or Vodka (you'll have to use less water depending on how strong you want it).

my normal post workluch snack: 4 raw carrots. love em, can never get sick of them. now two hard boiled eggs.

^ I don't know what a 'workluch' (my guess is crocodile wrestling), but thems some boring snack foods I tell you h'what.
