favourite oldskool rave track

^That's a good one too! From that era before the categories "Jungle" and "DnB" really existed! It was only a couple of years, but a lot of shit came out from all different places around the world on vinyl at that time....That's why it's so hard to pinpoint the roots of EDM, it was so underground, no normal people even knew of its existence, and it's still damn near impossible to track down a lot of the old vinyl!
 
^A lot of it did suck, and a lot of it does sound dated, particularly the Old Jungle.....A lot of it was recorded minimally with no a lot of balls, so you have to really crank it on a good system to hear it....There is a lot of good shit though, but you have to really sift through it to find anything....

Couple of piano tunes were absolutely massive in Leeds clubs 1990-91. Only just found who they were by last night on an old school mix by Leeds DJ Garry Dee mastered by Russ Morgan of K-Klass fame here.

I've always been partial to anything off this mixtape....dance music...
