been nodding/asleep most the night from the morphine and diazepam i consumed yesterday so thought it was only appropriate to have a 3:20am shot now that i'm awake; 100mg IV morphine nomnoms, early breakfast!

decided to add 15mg diazepam.

will be taking a break from the diaz for a few days now i think. i'm a couple days ahead of what i should be in regards to my script. can;t run out of morphine nor diaz before christmas and new years!
 
I took some 4meo-pcp earlier this afternoon and started smoke dmt out in the back yard. A little while ago i took a few nice hits in the bathroom and then hopped in the shower right after I exhaled. The sensory stimulation from the shower really kicked the visuals and mind fuck up several notches. I just redosed more 4meo-pcp. I'm having an amazing trip.
 
picked up a gram of some homemade hash, .4 cocaine and 7 10mg OPs this morning!

3 shots of coke IV to start it off spread over an hour. Pretty good stuff but was hoping for better. Now waiting for 50mg of oxy to kick in before i smoke a nice big pipe bowl of hash and cook up some twice baked potatoes and steak!
 
So high that it makes writing in decent English difficult. That's something for me!

250mg pent and 4mg lormetazepam.

Same boat... Really gotta cut down my Oxy and benzo use if I'm to make it through christmas and new years script-wise. I've gotta go back to the double digit oxy days with triple digit tolerance :/.

Now 4 mg hydromorph waterlined and 20 mgs OC snorted - feel good, like I should.

Yeah man last time (before your exams) you were doing so great with only 40 (sometimes 80)mg/day.. You should really keep it down like that!! I saw how much higher your doses became overtime but didn't say anything about it every time (since I don't like to nag). I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but you have little control over your oxy habit man. Where's all that willpower I saw back then gone?

I just woke up from a 4 hour weed-induced post-work coma-nap. I feel great. Time for another spliff, methinks that means.
 
fuggit, i just booted 200mg morphine just now instead of .waiting for a night shot. not to worry, i've got some codeine i can sacrifice if pain levels are high enough come evening time. 15 more mg of valium down the trap as well washed down with a tall glass of tomato juice.

i dedicated this shot to brokendownpalace, my man<3 things will turn around soon brother man. much love.

Thanks for the encouragement man! Yeah I got my results back and did quite well :). Just shows that oxy has a place in my life if I stick to the dose. Yeah I'm gonna do it, I'm not even enjoying taking this much . Just sorta felt I deserved a blow out and it didn't come in the usual form of binge drinking so I used oxy instead. Time to reign it in.

Again 220 mgs today.. High.

I'm aiming to do 40 mg a day (80mg if I have to) starting tomorrow (or today to be exact). Can dip into my codeine and meprobamate if I need more. That way I'll get through christmas and new year's.
 
4mg suboxone, 1/2 bag of really good h, 300mg lyrica, .4g of some medical blueberry kush, and .8 of some medical Silver Diesel.
 
Man, all the shit that comes along with holidays doesn't even matter when you get to hang with old friends who only visit but once a year! So fun just to drink and smoke a wee bit and catch up. Buzzing pretty good, time for one more spliff before bed.
