I've moved into a new apartment and my room has a hard wired fire alarm, any tips on getting past this? Plastic bag, duct tape? Sick of smoking out the window.

On that note, my WISPR shat itself after about 15 months of light use. I was pretty pissed off - until I contacted the (Aussie) supplier. Turns out there is a 2 year warranty and I should be getting a replacement unit in the mail (hopefully before christmas).
As far as the xmas bud drought - that's not something I've really noticed since the late 80s (ie - before the crushing ubiquity of hyge).

You can do that but then you run the risk of you and everyone else in your building perishing in a fire. Probably won't go down that well in QLD after the Childers disaster. That is why they are hard wired now.

I assume that is just because some people destroy Lithium batteries.
At the price I can get the Puffitts they are almost throw away. They are half the price of the MFLB and much much cooler IMO. Plus the MFLB doesn't have 10 different temp settings, looks like junk, and gets way too hot when you use the higher charge batteries IME.
I have never heard of any dramas with the batteries anyway. I am obviously a fanboy but this one is worth being a fanboy of. I haven't touched my brand new digital Volcanoes since I have been home.

Hey - I actually like the old school rustic look of the MFLB. Wood is underrated.
As far as I can tell the Puffit seems to be more expensive than the MFLB. I still want one, don't get me wrong - maybe Santa will bring it.
Batteries shit me with the MFLB, so I don't want to go from the frying pan into the fire.

The retail price on the Puffitts is steep. I get a killer price on as many as I want as a judge and because I befriended the inventor
Half the price of the MFLB.Apparently the battery upgrade is the first thing you do with the MFLB. I don't own one though.

Sounds like he is just an acquaintance now then. It sucks when people go bad but you have to cut some of them off or they will screw you over in most cases.

They are 4 times as much retail. I wouldn't pay that much. Although smoking up in the 10 minute long line at McDonalds while all the Uni students are oblivious is absolutely priceless. Plus the response at parties is amazing. I had a guy last week go and get his real puffa and follow me around with a big smile on his face. People thought he had one too
I still prefer the Arizer Solo over ALL other portable vapes. That is a quality piece of kit but ONLY get the 2013 model with they have fixed the heating chamber.
The Puffitt is still a killer personal use vape for one person only IMO. You won't get 2 people stoned as their is not charge. I think so anyway. I ahve never shared mine. I just tell people I have Syphilis

Get into different circles. Meet some connoisseur growers. Ask questions. Politely say "I'll pass" when you get offered rubbish. More often than not that will make the better quality product magically appear from under a couch or somewhere else just as random.
We grow ALL of the world's best strains here even the newest genetics from this Harvest festival. In my opinion and experience we also grow MUCH MUCH better Cannabis than the Dutch. The UK guys living in Holland get close but it is still miles away from the Aussie Connoiseur product.

Very rarely. Back when I was younger I had a mate who was getting different strains, I think I can remember Jack Herrer (sp?) and there where more but can't remember the names.
Don't quote me but I think the majority of his stuff came from SA.
But recently I've got another mate who has been getting seeds from Amsterdam, he has a shitload of strains, hope they all work out. His favourite name for one was 'The Cheese'.
I don't know if these are new strains or originals.
