what is the difference between a "No Turn on Red" sign
and a "Wait For Green" sign?
I think wait for green is just for like senior citizens or handicapped people who shouldnt be on the road in the first place. like you could turn on red at that light, but only if you are confident in your ability to gauge how far away cars are. where as a no turn on red sign is used if you cant see the other cars coming at all usually
