Chicken Balmoral is chicken stuffed with either haggis or black pudding (one might be called something else actually but I dunno) and is usually served with a creamy whisky sauce. It's the fucking business.

My cousin from Ireland has been staying for a couple of weeks. As a thankyou hes building me a beautiful fish pie full of cod, prawns, mussels etc etc. Meanwhile, I'm sat building a big fat charas joint.

Fish Pie is ace, I love it, I do like to have a bit of smoked fish in there as well as normal fish, and shellfish, even just a few oz of smoked haddock, or pollack really lifts the flavour.

I fucking love bananas and custard, not had it for ages, might have to go and buy a tub of custard...

I've got a kebab dinner tonight, I dunno why I bother, it will be shyte.
