I went through a stage where I hated sleeping, it was due to anxiety, and another time from fear of vivid dreams due to diet.
If you dont already, get plenty of sun in the mornings (1 hour), or use a light visor, this will let your brain produce more melatonin at night so you feel sleepy, and also do some exercise but not too late, and wear sunglasses in the afternoon sun and keep your rooms dim at night.
All this helps a lot, you will want to sleep and you will get good sleep.
If you still have the problem I would say its hypnophobia, do you work or study in your bedroom? your bedroom should be a low stress environment, maybe you have stress in your household.
The above post is useful, dont go to bed and force yourself to try sleep, try do some relaxing exercises try to stare at something and do some meditation, the increased melatonin will help you relax to do this.
And most importantly avoid caffeine in the afternoon and night, morning is okay.
