There is no such thing as a chemical that will substitute diet and exercise. All these peptides should be used in conjunction with diet and exercise after 2-4 years of disciplined lifting.

I know this is a Testosterone fueled forum but everyone try to play nice.
 
The stuff seems to work, although the bitter taste isn't apparent as they say in other forums. There is some sort of energy that I don't know how to describe, but it messed up my sleep...

I did cardio yesterday and there was 0 difference. But that was just day 1. Besides the horrible sleep I had, I might as well be taking a placebo. I also did my abs and they hurt the most for some reason...

Do not drink coffee with this. I was resting yesterday, and I took it... not such a good idea. It kept me up and I ended up doing a few pull ups and crunches. Still couldn't sleep. I have much more energy, it isn't rapid heartbeart but it is just an aggressive power. Zero soreness.
I woke up too late to take it today, so I won't take it, don't wanna mess up my sleep again.

I'm using GW for the past two weeks now and found that 15mgs is my sweet spot. You need to have your diet up to par for this compound to work as a fatloss agent but the increase in stamina is amazing.

At 20mgs things became borderline uncomfortable; a little hypoglycemic which interfered with my workout. I think it's best to cycle GW 5 days on/2 days off just to give the CNS a break. I haven't noticed an impact on my heart, even at 20mgs my resting heartbeat was 74bpm.

Those stubborn pockets of old fat are disappearing though and because GW shuttles glucose into skeletal muscle I look fuller than before.

I'm also going into the last week of a 7 week Ostarine cycle and combined with GW the recomposition effects are wonderful.

These new PED's are a step up from supplements but are nowhere near as effective as steroids. However, the lack of side effects at 'normal' doses make these compounds a good alternative for those who don't care to venture into the dark side, or need to 'fly under the radar'.

Edit: for those that have liquids: 000 capsules hold .5ml. No need to gag.

From what I've read GW doesn't do much of anything, but Ostarine sure does sound interesting. What did you get out of Ostarine? Strength gains? LBM? Side effects? What dosage do you take and could you give the initials of your supplier? I'm planning on trying it out but haven't made up my mind where to order.

Haven't heard of Ostarine tablets before. I immediately thought about it being spiked with a steroid... Not saying it is but there's a possibility.

Have you noticed any changes as far as strength goes?
 
They are not spiked, I'd know, trust me on that.

Strenght did go up: 220x5 on benchpress, 75lbsx6 seated d.b. press. On every musclegroup poundage increased considerably.

Ostarine and GW-501 are compounds I'll cycle more often in the future. They are a good addition to any supplement arsenal.

GW-501 is not a miracle drug. Her diet must be in order before GW is added. You can find many logs on the net that detail other people's experiences with GW and while GW does cause fatloss the greatest benefit from using the compound is increased fitness and stamina.

This allows for more cardio which leads to fatloss. If your GF is healthy GW is fairly safe to use. There were some reports about increased cardiac stress but I've not noticed any problems in that area and I'm up to 20mgs a day.

Before she gets on any drugs look into the ketogenic diet. If she has trouble controling her carb intake, keto could be the diet for her.

Do you homework, research and know that fatloss is all about diet, diet and diet.

Well, it certainly works as an appetite suppressant, barely ate anything yesterday. Compared to usual anyway.

Which is what I'm after I guess, I'm trying to lose the fat I gained from eating comfort food after giving up smoking. My incurable hunger is no more.

Still unsure as to split the dose, 5 in morning 5 evening or just 10 in the morning? Can't seem to find any advice?

I would say 40-60g of carbs is very low and with GW-501516 ability to switch you body from using glycogen to ketones then it becomes even lower. I have been using it for about 20days started off at 5mg but have increased it to 10mg. I have noticed that my weight hasnt really decreased but my body composition has, my waist is smaller. Fitness is where its at and from tabata(a form of high intensity training) almost feeling like im about to die. to the point where im doing it almost every day and have actually got to tell myself to take a day off.

Its not a miracle pill as many have mentioned but if you train hard and have your diet in check it can significantly boost your results. If you want to lose weight and improve fitness quickly H.I.T(High Intensity Training)is where its at, i do a maximum of 30mins training a day and im 38 and im the fittest i have been in the last 10years. If only i knew what i know now when i started i wouldnt have wasted so many hours in the gym.
 
Thanks man, yeah I've found i've got a hell of a lot of motivation. I'm running about the house like a madman, however it it's not stimulation. Just an urge to get stuff done.

Would you say up the carbs then?

Another thing, some people suggest 2 weeks on/ 2 off, others an 8-10 week go. What you think?

Ketones are present in your body 100% of the time, unless you're consuming a 0-fat diet, and even then.
Not sure what you mean by 40-60g will be even lower on GW501516. 40-60g Carbs is 40-60g Carbs, regardless of if you're on the moon or taking GW501516.

You can delay a hypoglycemic episode by staying aware of your glucoselevels and drinking juice or soda as soon as you start feeling weak or shaky and if you can pull this off, you could get great results with GW and a low carb diet.

I've lost about 35lbs on a keto diet before, that was with less than 20g carbs a day and the results were fantastic. I'm doing much the same but including complex carbs for energy before serious cardio. As I said, I've just been munching chocolate and crisps after quitting smoking. Surprising how fast you gain the flab.

This time I'll be lifting too. 218lbs at 6'4 when I started, roughly 20-25% body fat. I'll let you know how I get on!

190-200lbs at 12-15% bodyfat is my target.
