What was your good deed for the day????

A shame for you, MM. I'm incredibly lucky in that I work for a company with a huge belief in providing solid customer service, and more so, that I actually believe in helping people, regardless of their manner or tone.

Easy Tiger! you're not in an interview now.

You've obviously been brainwashed. :p

My company believed in solid customer service too but pay me minimum wage and treat me like shit and you'll be fucked if you're getting good customer service from me.
sweet baby jebus you're the epitome of everything that's wrong with humanity bundled into one forum nick.

Personal integrity. Find some. Please.

Matt: I do the carpark thing all the time ... normally hand it over to whomever can use it in my vicinity as I leave the car park

Additionally, I have more tools and more power to help them, than most customer service roles people find themselves in. ;)

Since when did helping someone become brown nosing? :\

You have really fallen under the yankee spell it seems ;)

Love ya mate really.

Good deeds at work don't count though.

Sad isn't it? Seeing this obviously brain washed call centre / office monkey repeating his companies pish spiel about customer service and actually believing it. You're just a number you mug, you're being exploited so your bosses can get rich on your labour.

Bothered. %)

I doubt you are, but you are generally fucking miserable, and there's a correlation there, despite your best efforts to ignore it.

mugz, did YOU just type back on topic?! .. you're aving a larf mate

and in all honestly, this is just a plagiarised snoo thread really .. it's good as a stand alone thread but it's really standing on snoo's toes a bit. It's lacking in magathread potential

Talking about ignore, how about you stick me on it so you don't have to bother replying to anything I write? %)

Snoo could be something that someone did for you, a good deed they did, this has megathread potential in seeing which bluelighters do good deeds regularly and what those deeds are and to talk about the said deeds and make everyone feel better for doing good deeds to encourage more good deeds in general, not to say a good deed isn't valid, or to go completely off topic. I think it has value as a megathread.

I LOVE replying to what you write, so that would be a ludicrous thing to do.

I've been putting away a penny everytime you tell me to put you on ignore. There's a quid in the pot already ... swimming around amid a pool of your shed tears

what if your biggest snoos come from doing shitz for other people? (a wholly selfish act inherently mainly, but still a snoo)

If you have the grace to do a good deed selflessly then surely thats reward in itself. Blathering on about it on a forum or to your friends or family kinda misses the point and is rather self serving ( or egotistical) don't you think?

then choose which thread to post it in, sometimes I post what I eat in gibberings and not the food thread, not really that big a deal.

I think the gain comes from maybe inspiring others to do the same good deeds when they get the opportunity, therefore spreading good deeds around the world all starting from a single thread!!!!

People misunderstand snoo, originally it meant when something unexpected but positive happens. So whilst a good deed could be a snoo it's not the same thing.
