I don't think I can. Also my hair has decided it's going for the horizontal look today and I can't shower because there's a spider and no one's home but me :(

crazy night, lots of fun at this big rave thing. never seen so many mashed people in my life. ended up in a slow mo eye wobbling mess, combo of stuff, trying to get back to the car ended up lost in a field and nearly fell into a river. went to bed feeling rough, woke up quite fresh. mashed so many drugs but hardly drank for once, feel a lot better for it. used to think drugs were the main factor of feeling terrible, maybe it was mainly the booze after all, as much as i dont like to admit it cos ive always loved the nasty shit
 
ahh and somehow got a gram of K for 5 quid, down from 15 after realizing i had lost some money. the lady and her fella seemed nice, maybe they were mashed and feeling generious. or maybe this stuff should go nowhere near my nose
 
Ended up throwing up blood last night which wasn't a fun experience. Left me with a real shitty bit of heartburn for the rest of the night. Heartburn is still quite bad today and feel ill but not as bad as last night. Bit confused as to what's happened as I took some really shit base (still speed but just heavily cut), the nausea-filled ketamine going about and some pills and cider. All of these things I'd taken before and never had this happen or anything close. I'm probably thinking it was the speed but I've no idea. Wouldn't mind knowing what the craic is so I can avoid it in the future as it aint fun.

sounds rough mate, imo it was not just what you did yesterday that made you cough up blood but the last few weeks of doing stuff. i guess you being out most wends plus plenty of drinking etc.

get something for the heartburn and eat some plain simple food plus i find milk and banana mushed up together good for the stomach.

a week or two of detox and eating healthy will have you back right as rain, either that or you have some alien baby inside you.

If you get heartburn again in the near future you should consider getting checked out as could be a stomach ulcer or a hiatus hernia

Cheers for feedback all. Gonah take it as a warning to take things easier as there's no point letting something like that get worse. Found some omeprazole here so hopefully they sort me out. Already a bit worried about the ulcer thing as after taking mephedrone loads during pre-ban it completely wrecked my stomach to the point were for a year or so later I was still waking up every morning with mad pains. I remember eating Q Dances and a few hours down the line when it felt like they were in my stomach it ended up being so sore, couldn't even move. Got some omeprazole and after a good few months it sorted itself out, but I really don't want that to be happening again.
