it's getting worse. i live in the border and up until lately one of the top guys was arrest now it's literally a WARZONE over there, it's a free-for-all to decide which cartel takes control of the city. today they burned down the mexican flag (2nd biggest flag in the world, i believe), they went as far as to throw a bomb over to the US side to send a message out to the border patrol.
one thing i've noticed is that as the groups have gotten more violent and disorganized is that the number of members who use drugs has gotten higher. i'm not 100% anti-drug or anything, and believe education is the best way to prevent addiction and abuse, but i've come to a conclusion that people are literally losing their stability (referring to cartel members) all because they've been breaking the #1 drug dealing rule, don't get high on your own supply.
they've gone as far as drugging kids as young as 14 years old just to make a "soldier" out of them, i've seen it with my own eyes. it's corruption at its peak. i'm seriously so disgusted at the practice i'll never look at cocaine the same way again. i used to ask myself: "how do these 15, 16 year old kids manage to live with themselves after decapitating someone and watching them squirm as they give their death rattle?" the answer? they don't, they get paid in drugs and that's all they really care about.
i'll tell you what, it's sickening, and personally i support the war on drugs because of all this BS across the border, it just shows what america will be like if drugs (talking about cocaine and hard drugs, not marijuana) are legalized...
thanks for reading this, and i encourage all of you who live in these southern states around here to read up on all these recent events, stay smart and keep an eye out, because it's coming to the states...
