watching Saxondale. Forgot how fucking good it is.

Just watched Reign Over Me which for a film starring Adam Sandler was actually alright. Now watching 'Candy' on Film 4 about a junkie couple and their descent into smack addiction.

Candy was a good watch, fans of druggie films will probably enjoy it.

Saxondale's magnificent.

I'm five or so GAMES OF THRONESES in and I'm getting fucked off with it, in fact I've fallen asleep during the last two.

It can be a bit frustrating sometimes, because plot wise it's a bit busy (not really convoluted but just a fuck ton going on) ... and half the kingdoms and players are inter-Related and married to each other and brothers in law blargh blargh ... and half of them look the same and they're all beardy and the series looks like it's filtered to fuck colourwise so the contrast doesn't vary much in a lot of the scenes. The action is based around the different Kindgoms but because of the above it's easy for it to just blend into one

Unless you pay 100% 'totally rivetted' attention to it while watching (in which case it rocks IMO) it's easy to get totally fucking lost and end up not giving a fuck who anyone is and not having a clear idea of how the plot has advanced. When I started watching it I used to get a ton of the characters mixed up all the time.

If you can be arsed and care enough, I'd start again from scratch, but if that idea feels like I just asked you to surrender your sanity and 5 hours of your life too many, then I'd ditch the series tbh. Knockando apparently doesn't like the show either, so you wont be alone ... you'll have your own too cool for school club .. if/when Shambles ever returns, I suspect he might join it too :D

Finally! A clique which I can join.

I'm not in THAT deep and it's only the last two which have involved lots of sleep (I last came round just as a naked old man with a pot belly and impressive wang was making an appearance) so I am tempted to backtrack two episodes as I had a reasonable grip on events up until then, and was enjoying it. It's not something to watch after a hard day's DIY though. For that I much prefer Breaking Bad, although I've only got two or three of those left so I'm trying to ration them, innit.

If you've been saving up BB for this whole series MSB, last night's episode was number 8; it'll be the last one until next season so now's yer chance to watch em all together

Haven't watched last nights episode yet cause I'm leaving it until I can watch it properly and give it the full attention it deserves

Now we've waited we were thinking of leaving it on the shelf until we go to Amsterdam (soon I hope, if not it's going to have to be watched). Might get out for what could be the last cannabis cup :(

Latest episode of Breaking Bad spoilers:

NSFW:
You wouldn't have thought Hank going for a toaly could be so dramatic! It's gonna kick off now. It really didn't seem like anything else could go wrong with only about 2 minutes left to go, I thought Lydia getting busted would be the most likely thing, but Hank goes for a shite & cracks it haha.

We were talking about what might happen at the weekend, my mate came up with the theory that Walt will kill Hank because Hank basically has to discover the truth for the story to come to any sort of conclusion, which I agreed with. Seems even more likely now. I reckon they'll go camping (why else would they have been talking about the woods & shit in this episode?) where Hank will confront Walt & Walt will kill him.

What season of breaking bad are the U.S actually on now? I'm watching season 4 episode 10 just now on netflix, one I'm on seems pretty good.

saw end to season 4 Breaking Bad last night, great ending to a season
onto season 5 now, they are doing 2 parts, 8 episodes each, is that right ?

new series of Dallas on Channel5 (natch) at 9. =D

Saw that was on, what a load of pish. Remember years ago they killed off one of the main characters then decided they wanted to bring him back in so they just pretended the last year of the program has been A DREAM and that it never really happened and he came back. :D

Has anyone been watching 'The Booth at the End', it's really good. I enjoy the format and the acting.

25 years ago today.

"Left, left again, left, left, left again, left again, left, left, left... STOP!"

Was that called Knightmare? I loved it, always thought it was virtual reality was when I was a kid but turned out it was just some bloke stuck blinded in a helmet.

Just watched the first 2 episodes of Sons of Anarchy on netflix pretty impressed with it so far. Netflix seems a bargain for £5.99 a month, on the free trial just now but I'll definately be continuing it.

Is there any other really good series apart from Dexter, Breaking Bad, True Blood, etc, but along those kind of lines. I'm thinking Sons of Anarchy, Alpha and The Walking Dead are probably all worth a bash?
