Walking Dead is great imo, although some disagree.

Alpha, you mean Alphas? It's a bit meh ... currently on 2nd series ... I watch it but it's just fodder really

S of A is alright ... I don't like myself for liking it but I watch it regardless. It's definitely addictive

If you like Joss Wheddon's stuff, check out Dollhouse. Sounds g*y but it gets really really good. It got 2 series before they canned it but I loved both of em. Great concept and a bit different

Did you ever see Persons Unknown? It was only done for one season and it got a bit silly towards the end but it's worth watching if you need some filler. I liked it

Game of Thrones too Rockstar, if you haven't already

Walking Dead is ace.

I did a job with someone who was on Knightmare. All he did was talk about how he was on Knightmare.

There's a trailer for season 3 of walking dead Jan ... check it out if you haven't already ... it looks like it's gonna be a nailbiting season

Currently watching It's All Gone Pete Tong. It's been on tele dozens of times like but worth a watch still.

I have officially seen every episode of Border / Passport Control, Road Wars and Wheeler Dealers...what the fuck do I do now:)

So, I take it no one has watched the booth at the end? You're missing out! I watched so many shitty french films last night my head is spinning. It's been ages since i've switched a film off but I just had to in the end.

I'll give it a go.

I checked out the movie you recommended in gibberings the other day btw, pretty much back to back with the one I was watching.

Was gonna top your movie club thread and do you a mini review in there ... thereby making you acknowledge its existence and get yer to post in it ;p ... but didn't get round to it. It was watchable but annoying for total implausibility amongst other reasons. I don't mind implausibility when it involves Bruce Willis getting chased in his car by a Helicopter or F14 mig, but I need some degree of plausibility with that kinda flick. Nerdboy asked was it based on the real case a few years ago, where some folks in similar circumstances actually got a woman to dance naked and stuff for them? Seems to be inspired by that anyway. My major annoyance was that the guy was pretty repellant ... I would've liked it more and got some cheap thrills if I was attracted to him :o ... that's not my major annoyance with it, I'm jesting obviously but it was watchable anyways, cheers for recommending.

in return for Booth, I give you Bullet in The Face ... Tis a new TV show. wiki page. The Daily Mail called it shockingly violent so it comes recommended ;p. Will probably get canned before the season is finished but I'm gonna give it a whirl soon anyway. Watched 10 minutes of the first ep and thought 'WTF!' always a good start to a show if you ask me =D

I heart Eddie Izzard tho, so I'll probably see it through rose tinted specs

The funny thing about you saying you dislike it for it's implausability, is that worse actually happened in the story it's based on. I disliked it for the same reason that I thought it was stupid til I looked it up.

NSFW:
In the story it's based on the womans boyfriend/fiance got head and imprisoned for 5 years for it. You can read more about it here

How's that? Still totally implausable but actually true =D I will check out Bullet to the face ASAP.

Just watched the first 2 eps of Bullet and it's a comedy pastiche of action movies. The lead Keanu is genious. I like it lots. It's got potential.

The Revolution Will Be Televised on the BBC, one of the funniest shows I've watched in ages, well worth catching up on on Iplayer. There's 2 fuckers who take on different personas and then go out into the world to do some hilarious real life trolling, but this trolling also always has some great political commentary to make about how stupid some people/politicians can be. One of them dresses up as a reporter called 'Dale Maily' who is the perfect embodiment of the Daily Mail, it's fucking hilarious watching him interview the 'violent hippies' of the Occupy protests and the Republicans holding anti-monarchist protests.
