Just curious, what is the limit on these chemicals. Like how many times can one do this in a week? Is it like most psychedelics where you should wait or can it be used more?

Tolerance builds extremely quickly with this one, from what I've read. I haven't tried 25c more than once a month, but I have noticed significant cross-tolerance with other psychs. I feel it'd be a waste of material to dose 25c too often. If you do try it often, keep us in the loop about your findings.

I tried this. It didn't hit me at all? I probably took at least 1mg+ I got it from a good vendor too...is there a cross tolerance issue with this

What about boosting doses with this or other NBOMe's, anyone try ? I have limited experience with taking an additional does (2hrs into trip let say), and the effect was not long in duration as I thought. Anyone here nasal drip 1.5mg + of 25C?

Did you trip on anything else in the last week? Because yeah, like all psychedelics, 25c is cross tolerant with all other 5ht2a psychedelics.

1.68mls is a surprisingly large amount of liquid to get up ones nose. I suggest dropping onto a metal surface and using a lighter to remove some of the liquid.

Try a dilution blank in DMSO (70/30 DMSO/H20) - one drop on the tongue........works perfectly!

i want to try 25C-NBOMe but all this volumetric measurement stuff seems like a hassle. how do you dissolve it? do you use water or alcohol or what? how many mg do you dissolve per litre? how long can you store it in a solution before it loses its potency?

Hi,

So after reading a lot I've come to the following conclusion for preparing a nasal solution, comments tips advice are more than welcomed:

This is the formula (thanks to who posted it on page 4 ;) ):

mL of solvent to add to substance = [[total amount of substance desired to be dissolved] / [desired amount of substance per dose]] x [desired concentration ie. how many mL per full dose]

Knowing that 1 drop = 0.05ml and I would like a 250ug dose per drop

Here it goes: (50mg/0.25mg) x 0.05 = 10

So I need 10ml of solvent for 50mg of 25cNBOME to obtain 250ug drops.

I'd like a confirmation on that please, I wouldn't want to be reaching for the secret too soon.
Can I use 70% alcohol (pharmacy stuff for disinfecting) or stick to vodka?

Thanks a lot people

drop volume

Hi,
Knowing that 1 drop = 0.05ml and I would like a 250ug dose per drop
Thanks a lot people

the drop volume depends on viscosity, surface tension and density of the solvent.
so first decided which solvent (water, ethanol or a certain mixture of both) you want to use, then measure drop volume.
and to make matters worse: dissolving some substance in a solvent will change all that properties again...

Hey demon cleaner, is your username a Kyuss reference? Awesome band in any case!
Your math seems alright after a quick glance. Make sure you understand the calculation, don't rely on strangers on the internet ;)

The easy way out of the drop hassle is using 1 ml tuberculin syringes, they're very reliable down to ca. 50 µl = 0.05 ml.
If you get a salt form of 25C-NBOMe and want to dose nasally, I'd recommend a 50-50 vodka/water mixture, as more concentrated alcohol does really hurt on the nasal mucosa.

Check the 25X-NBOMe threads for psood0nyms posts, he wrote a great guideline for making such solutions.

I'd almost vote for a Nice & Handy 25X-NBOMe preparation thread, if I had the time to contribute a few paragraphs in the next weeks.

Hi man,

Yeah it is a Kyuss ref ;)
Thanks for the advice, I'll use vodka then.
I started such a post but no one was participating so I took it down. I think it would be a great idea to gather info into one post instead of having to read 16 pages everytime.

Cheers

I'd love if there were "Nice and handy" threads which contained more anecdotes and information without any chatter. Would need people to voluntarily copy facts from b&d threads though.

Alcohol burns a LOT for nasal preparations. I would use as little as you possibly can, ideally less than 10% of the soln. You can check the droplet size of your solvent using a 1ml syringe and a 20 drop sample of solvent, then divide the total volume by 20 to get a reliable value.

What is the minimum amount of alcohol to stop bacterial growth in a solution (and how burny is that?) - i'm thinking for a nasal spray (and probably using vodka)

IIRC, about 15 % EtOH should be okay, 20 % to be on the safe side. 20 % produces a sharp but endurable pain for less than 30 seconds, I'd say. Luckily ~ 0.1 ml is such a small amount, it's quickly diluted when in contact with moist mucosa. Clench your teeth for a moment and it's gone.

If you're an curious and adventurous spirit, you could prepare half a ml each of vodka, 75 % vodka 25 % water, 50-50 and so on and start testing which suits you best ;)
