I do not want to gain (more) weight. I have already gained weight to what I desired through eating and training alone.
My weight is stable at 80 kilos.
Too much of it is fat.
I wish to convert this fat to muscle through training and possibly drugs.
My questions are
1. Will steroids/hormones assist with conversion? (NOT mass gain.)
2. If steroids/hormones assist then what would be best weighing also what is easiest on my body?
3. What NON-steroid/hormone supplements food and/or other things might assist conversion of fat to muscle?
Some background info:
I am 25.
I used a 50-tablet bottle of primabollen, tablet strength possibly 2-5mg, one tab a day, when I was 15, prescribed by doctor. I am NOW unsure whether the gains I remember in strength were real or placebo. As another question I would like opinions on whether that quantity and that steroid would have created real gains.
I currently am on suboxone for opiate addiction. Have been clean for several years. The risk of relapse is too high in my mind to risk not being on suboxone.
PS: I am not interested in how to 'score' the drugs nor how to talk to my doctor.
Thanks in advance for all answers.
