She is seriously cute!! Looks like she could have some sassiness about her....am i right?? :)
 
So, 4 years ago dad bought me a horse. The lady he bought "kidd" from bought him from the kill pen (means he was awaiting slaughter for meat) for ten cents a pound. We got him for 600$ + my dad did the ladies taxes. He was a stud colt.

He was so sad looking, and this horse was nuts. Wouldn't let anyone get near him.

In a month... We got him halter broker. I started teaching him some groud manners. Introduced him to cross ties, and be became very curious and intrested. Before, he wanted nothing to do with anything and would charge / bite you if you came close.

You'd never guess this crazy horse turned out to be such a lovely little gelding. He's never bucked / reared. I've fallen off him once because I wasn't paying attention and he spooked. But he's never thrown me on purpose.

What a beautiful story missmegan! Well done :) Breaking in horses can be a tough and sometimes thankless task. But it's SO worth, that moment it when they begin to fully trust you <3
 
Thanks guys!! No, just my photography. I practice alot. The way I edited those pictures though make it look like it's from a movie or screen shot, I don't like it much. But thanks, he means alot to me.
I'm surprised I still have him, even when my addiction was at it's strongest I always made sure kidd was taken care of.
