The story about your horse missmegan is so beautiful! He looks so happy and trusting now. How long have you been riding horses?

michael, I love with my dogs have their tongues lolled out like that. They always look so carefree. We foster dogs a lot and it's always great to see a scared or unsure dog eventually give in to the shenanigans that the others are partaking in and that grin and tongue pop out. It's such a satisfying moment. Molly looks so happy <3.

The picture on the back wall is the best sleepwalker <3 they look like they are kissing =D. Beautiful eyes. It's so funny how people fall in love with one specific breed sometimes.

My mom always kept one catfish or plecostomus in the tank with her other fish and it's name was always Joe--the sucker fish. :P.

Here we have my little thing:

stardust.hero How fantastic that you foster dogs! I used to foster cats for a shelter, and specialised in bottle feeding kittens that were dumped without their mother, often only about 3 days old.Exhausting but rewarding :) These days I foster bunnies, and am going to take on some guinea pigs when we move to a bigger place.

Meanwhile, your dog is GORGEOUS! I wanna dognap him/her for myself :D

missmegan What a lovely story with your horse,he's beautiful :)

I've been riding since I was 3 years old,and had two palominos on our 100 acre property.

Our asshole of a neighbour saved an ex-trotter racing horse named Norman from the glue factory (that was the only good thing he did) and then completely neglected him, barely fed him (we used to feed him when he was in the adjoining paddock) and when he was skin and bone and had a terrible skin infection,he announced that since he wasn't broken in for riding,he couldn't be bothered with him and was sending him to the glue factory :X

So of course we took him in and patched him up,and he was soon thriving.Norman is the most friendly chilled out horse ever, and has been known to attempt to wander in the front door if it's left open.

Today Norman is 33 years old and still going strong. He has lost some weight due to age,but the vet says he's in great health.

Here is our gorgeous boy :)

OMG you have a catfish, that is awesome!, I have an alligator snapping turtle, and he will snap if he is hungry I am the only one allowed to touch him in the tank everyone else is afraid of him, we have had him for 20 years now I have to scrub his shell once a month and we clean his tank every couple months, May i ask what do u feed the catfish? Henry eats goldfish 3 dozen at a time and weighs at least 8 pounds. Here is a pic I found of him, and also our dog Lizzy, she is a princess.

Fostering is awesome. The most exciting part is picking them out from the shelter. I am fairly new to it so I based my adoptions off of looks and not personality. My favorite breed is Papillon so when I saw a papillon in the shelter of course it was going home with me. We named him Kane, but he is a handful. He's big for a Papillon, like 16 lbs and he jumps all over everything and bites everything (in a playful way). When we first got him all he would do is jump and put his mouth all over our arms and hands when we'd try to pet him. He's made a lot of progress though. He enjoys being petted and butt scratches and treats. The first time I gave him a treat he spit it out like "wtf is this". We also gave him a whole meatball like his 2nd day while we were cooking and that was hilarious to watch.

OMG Norman is gorgeous too MN. Man I am jealous of all you guys with horses :(. One day I'll be able to buy the right kind of land for one. I probably would never be brave enough to ride or get on but feeding and grooming and generally just owning a majestic creature like that.

And daww Hazey, Lizzy is so cute :). We need pictures of her around here more often!!

I was going to post a movie of my 3 dogs howling but looking through my videos I thought this one was a lot more hilarious. I had to cut the movie short, it was a 5 minute long video of me catching her the first time going in the bag and pulling something out and me telling her no and moving the bag. I set up the camera (she was my only dog at the time so I made movies of her all day long doing anything) and I watched as she waited... waited... looked at me.. waited... got up and moved next to the bag... looked at me... waited... and then: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NQbnFpyOnQ&feature=channel&list=UL

Her head coming out of the bag is so hilarious to me XD It's such a human-like reaction. Also one time she chewed something and we walk in the room and she's on the bed with it all chewed up around her and my purse is laying on the bed and she must have looked around and didn't know where to hide so she hid her head and only her head in my purse. *If I can't see them, they hopefully can't see me lol.* Logical thinking Belle ;). Of course we allowed her to believe these laws of physics to be true :P.

Oh I love papillons too stardust.hero He's still adorable even if he is a naughty boy :)

I had a go at fostering dogs early this year.I have a pomeranian,so I fostered another pom,and OMG he was like a pom on crack! My girl took an instant dislike to him,as he was far too boisterous for her liking. But the worst thing was when he saw one of my bunnies,he'd chase it like it was a chew toy being thrown.Lucky he never caught up with one, because I think he would've mauled it.He was a sweet boy,but was too rough and tumble for our house.

Lucky poms are popular, and he was adopted within a week,by a lovely lady who had two teenage sons who were dog lovers. When she first met him,she burst into tears of happiness <3 She still sends me pics and updates, and he is treated like a little prince :)

OH MY 8o holy freakin adorable cat paws :3. Her fur looks gorgeous. This is my favorite picture yet. Black cat on orange blanket. WIN!

That's her fave blanket. Any time I want some Azibear cuddle time, I just have to throw that blanket on and she comes running. =D <3

ohmygosh!!! He(?) looks so human there. What a cutie! <3 I can't wait to see more of your pets! :)
