London 2012 - The Olympics !!!

^^Its true mate. We're always at it. Might aswell set them loose on the world stage lol. We only have one this time, John Joe Nevin for his 2nd Olympics. He's a decent fighter and not a bad lad either so hope he gets a bronze at least. If you ever seen a documentary called 'Knuckle', half of his family are in it.

Never heard of her before but Mishal Husain from the beeb would get it. Proper milf

I've never actually watched an opening ceremony before... seriously, what the fuck?

The opening film bit was good, but the rest is a glorified school play...
 
Yeah the digital bit where it was zooming through the ages and dropping in bits of British history, culture, music etc was cool then the proper ceremony started and I watched for about 5 minutes and had to stop watching, load of crap so far. Boring. It's been about as exciting as it sounded when Danny Boyle described it...not very.

Was that the bare knuckle gypsie fighting program I saw a few weeks back, filmed over the space of 10 years? Old granddads scrapping, kids scrapping, adults scrapping. Mentalists. A mate of mine knows who a few of them are they live in his town in Ireland.

Yup it was, good watch as well.

i've only just tuned in must have missed it, is the queen going to paradrop from that chopper? this could make up for it

Thats the one. Basically if you live anywhere in the midlands, it's impossible not to know them. Some have integrated better than others, some are just plain nasty as you can see from the doc. We decided to send one of the Nevins to the Olympics:D

still dont get why the olympics was greek and we get french language before we get english language and the first people too come out with a flag are greek and thats how it should be
