I'll play! Some of my favourite memories of halls are drinking tequila with my housemate :D

And some of my least favourite hangovers are as a result of that, but still.

I'm game. I met one of my best friends at Uni simultaneously leaving the terrible "get to know each other by acting like a dickhead on stage" event our halls had put on and him suggesting we head to his room to drink his big bottle of tequila. Ended up living with him for the next 5 years :D

Also, another friend and I developed the ultimate pick-me-up if someone was flagging at an afterparty - salt, tequila, lemon, nitrous balloon %)

looks tasty...any alcohol that comes in the same container as industrial floor cleaning solvents gets on my to drink list.

Haha, fucking hell, have to try that one sometime! Had teaquila when I was about fifteen and robbed some tequila me dad had brought back from Mexico and had nowt but tea to mix it with. Fucking boak.

Drinking water now, failed at getting drunk today. Boo.
 
Damn straight Watsons. It's pretty rough I must admit, and an unknown but strong percentage (plus point ofc). The containers are handy for festivals too, don't knock 'em :D Found it on tap once, at the Cat and Wheel by the arches on Chelt Rd, wasn't the same :(

Teaquila ey snolls, not rushing to try that one :D yeah give the tequila-nitrous combo a try sometime, perks you right up!
 
Both tequila and ginger beer are vile. That cider looks minging as well and I like cider. Looks like tramp juice.

Aye yeah, I wouldn't recommend it like! Tequila and nitrous I can get behind, tho can see it putting me on the deck fairly quick

It's a rough local scrumpy.. flat, although there was a sparkling one on tap which I couldn't bring myself to try.

You don't like ginger beer therefore your opinion is invalid :)

hmmm...you can get crabbies ginger wine as well, anyone tried it?
 
^ My gran used to have a bottle in her drinks cabinet. I think it was pretty tasty, but not tried it in years.

Rum and ginger is one of my all-time favourite combinations <3 made a lush spiced punch one Christmas involving rum and ginger wine, bizarrely in my then-boyfriend's slow cooker. Can't quite remember the details :D
 
Rum with ginger sounds so wrong but I've never tried it. Only thing I ever mix rum with it coke and fresh lime. Best drink combo ever.

Shit question maybe but I'd not been a big rum drinker til I was sick with cold back before I moved out of halls and my housemate bought us a bottle of rum saying it'd sort me out. Fucking LOVELY stuff straight so guess what I'm asking is does the coke mask it like shitey vodka n coke or does it genuinely make it nicer?
 
I think it makes it nicer. I'm not a big fan of adding coke to spirits, tends to just make them taste like shit, but rum and coke with a chunk of freshly squeezed lime is a match made in heaven.

Not drinking it now (I'm on the Gin and dry Vermouth) but fuck! It's well tasty.
Shouldn't be drinking at all but I've kept it at a "low dose"

rum and coke is fucking lovely, I drink a bottle of rum a week, always with coke. Just finished one, and off to bed , n'night....
