Don't double date, you'll just have prying eyes all throughout and it'll make you nervous.

When time's right she'll meet you, guarantee it. If she didn't want to meet people then she wouldn't be on a dating website nor considering meeting up with you.

Keep up the texts, make her smile on a daily basis and when you feel its right, in a week or two maybe, say "how about that date now then?" or something.

Just enjoy yourself rather than worrying about it. People like happy people. She likes you, you like her, enjoy, don't worry.
