performance enhancements

so I workout few times a week.. nothing crazy, little above average size. I want to see more exponential results but I don't want to turn into a walking mass of muscle. I'm also closer to lazy then a gym addict.. haha any advice?

ps... I have never taken anything aside from protein and creatine powder and know very little about the world of "sports medicine"

There are no shortcuts when it comes to seeing results. There is no such thing as lazy when it comes to bodybuilding.

Change your entire attitude, outlook, and lifestyle or get the fuck out.
