Smash-N-Sniff, anyone use the term?

... Seriously, am I the first person to utter the term "Smash and Sniff"? I've searched it every now and then and always come up totally blank. It's how I playfully refer to what's otherwise known as "crystal", and my erm... "buddy", found it to be pretty clever. Probably applies to a handful of other things too. Just thought it would be a nice little piece of culture to munch on! %)

(and I've spent about 5 minutes sitting here reading over the written post, hoping I got it in the right place, and that it's worthy of a topic this time, haha... if you're reading this then it's a safe guess I decided to make the leap. Fingers crossed.)

Talk about your drug use in the first person don't say SWIM and don't talk about your "buddy". You smash up your meth and snort it, neat term.

Yeah, I read that part in the rules. OK, I was referring to my roommate-slash-source, in saying that he also finds the term to be kinda clever ;) Not myself, neither in cover nor in actual intent. I'm the guy that smashes and sniffs (and hopes that tomorrow I can go without one, but that's a story for another topic). "Buddy" is the guy that pointed me in the general direction of said material which is "smashed" and subsequently "sniffed" by me =)

we got several drug slang threads talking about the words you use to call your drugs. There aint no need for this to be in a seperate thread. I cant search and merge em right now cuz I gotta go, but OP, use the search engine next time--you aint gotta ask this shit in its own thread, you coulda just posted it in our threads about slang.

I have heard of 'crush and go' which means the same thing as 'smash and sniff'. It pertains to any ir formulation. Which are in high demand since the formulation switch from oc - op. I actually heard it from a non drug user. Haha I was like that's new to me but it makes sense.

slang for speed/amps-great speckled bird? 1970s?

I was talking to a friend of mine that's older and he told me how during the late 70s when he was in school he first took amphetamine pills and they called them great speckled birds.

How did that term originate? Is it a southern term? My friend grew up in the south part of the united states.

For people who were around then what did they look like? What would they compare to today meth, or just a high dose of Dex/Adderall?

Yeah, around here we call roxicodone 30 mg "blues," "beans," "roxies," or "perc 30s." Heroin is either "d" or "dope."

Who here gets offended by the word druggy? Even in a situation where other drug users call you a druggy.? Because I said it a few times on here and some people a bitch....
