What are you munching on? v. gimmie toblerone n' beetroot

Setting up to make some pierogi with mince/bacon etc., can't fucking wait :D Been on a mission to use up all the stuff in me cupboards before I move, going well so far and got the woman over tomorrow and Tues to finish the job
 
What is that you've cooked Dan? Can't figure out if it's meatballs or curried cauliflower. Looks decent though. Just ate some homemade carrot & corriander soup and then had a roll with ham, cheese, spinach, mixed salad leaves, tomato & jalapenos. Not supposed to be eating brea or cheese on this healthy eating plan but fuck it needs must. Might even get a chippie for tea and continue healthy eating tomorrow.

You seem to eat a lot of salad and veggies mate. Been eating a lot myself this week and want to keep it up, nice and healthy. Not so healthy now though, stuck on some oven chips and have a couple rolls there for butties. Probably a bit healthier than going to the chippy which was my original plan though so I'm not going to feel bad about it. ;)
 
Lemon curd on toast, Chive and Cheese breadsticks. and then dipped the Breadsticks in the pot of Lemon Curd to funky my taste buds around a bit. wasnt too bad
 
Made a homemade spinach and chickpea curry earlier, it was OK but lacked a certain something. Wasn't much eating in it either though I've been fairly full since so maybe the chickpeas are deceptive and fill you up, didn't have any rice with it.

Spinach, chickpeas, tin of tomatos, onion and garlic and then some spices. Think it was cumin, ground corriander seeds, turmeric, chilli flakes but you could add whatever you liked, this one didn't have much taste.

Just fry onion, garlic and fresh chillis till soft, add in spices and fry on low heat for a couple minutes then chuck the rest of the ingrdients in and cook until spinach is wilted and chickpeas soft. Doesn't take long.

Just had crackers and cheese for breakfast and now will probably have a ham or chicken salad for lunch if there's enough ingredients to make a salad.
 
Interesting. My only comment at the moment is coriander seeds? Have you tried fresh coriander leaf? It's fucking amazing and makes such a difference.
 
Tin of tuna and little potatoes at 1ish. quite kean on that carb n protein combo, keeps me feeling full for ages. need to avoid sugary food atm, seems to trigger binge eating for some reason. out of all the drugs n crap ive done, id better not get some weird sugar addiction and end up a fucking fatty

Corriander seeds and corriander leaf is not the same thing and you can use both as they do different things, one isn't a replacement for the other. The corriander seeds you roast and then ground to use as a spice, the leaf is more like a herb and used for flavour and garnish.

For lunch today I had one of them fancy over priced tubs of soup that you need to keep in the fridge, Morrocan style chicken. It was nice, vaguely spicy tomato soup with chicken, chickpeas and lentils in but I noticed afterwards that half a tub had 50% of your daily fat intake and 30% of your daily salt intake and I ate a whole tub. How can soup with some veggies and chicken have so much fat and salt in it? :sus:

I then had half a huge spanish style chorizo pizza for dinner (10,000% of your daily fat, calaory, carb and sugar in take probably) with jalapenos and some salad, beetroot and coleslaw.

This healthy eating lark isn't working out too well.
 
It'll work out, read the packs of everything n keep a lil mental note, control yaself n leave the unhealthy shit to the weekends

was 9.4stone, now almost 10, fuck this im getting back on the fitness. or stopping binge eating on weekends. do love food tho
 
Recently finshed munching me dins which today consisted of a (kindasorta) homemade wiv several actual fresh fingz Chinese curry. Is so close to being actual cooking (by my usual standards anyway) that I'm gonna post it...

I did do go'n dun fry together a chopped onion, some chopped garlic (was those "One Clove, One Love" uber cloves Marmz' recommended) some chopped fresh ginger, a largish dollup of Encona and a sliced green pepper till all soft and a bit brown. Then added a pack of sliced stir-fry pork and browned a bit. Next up was that half jar of Blue Dragon Chinese curry paste, stir-fried it all together for a bit, then added a suitable amount of chicken stock and left to simmer for a while. Few minutes before serving up with rice I chucked in a tin of beansprouts and some fresh coriander at the last minute.

Was delish <3
 
I made a lovely tuna, sweetcorn and green pepper pizza and I took photos but I just can't be arsed going through the rigmarole of posting them! :p Please imagine it.
 
Get back on the weights and cardio mate. I've had an excellent day of eating. Even better cos my mates on a diet so I've sent pictures of each delicious meal he can't have via twitter, I'm nice like that.

Just had another half can of beans, 4 potatoes and a bit of cottage cheese all melted together in the microwave. Definately at least 1g protein per lb bodyweight today. Can see the bulking is really starting to work :)
