The mugs at Drugs-Forum (AKA Shit-Forum) mislead me. Did a quick google search. Last time I ever read their pages.
And Erowid's dreadful for opiate information, ime.

I crushed the MSContin to take away the ER coating (Napp Pharmaceuticals), so that shouldn't have been an issue.
I guess I shall have to try a higher dose next time...
 
Awk bother. I thought it was the coating, because all the Napp Oxys I've ever gotten, I've just had to crush... Dayum.
I thought the new formulations were supposed to turn to a gel or something, similar. :\

@Albion, what sort of doses are you plugging there? I find it interesting how much self-control you'd had on the peev. 8o
 
mostly an observation...

then i went and had tea and toast with the birds in me nighty who are starting to make a racket and there's a young fox about and the ginger puss was on the go all eager, anyhoo so why not sat on cold patio but it got a bit buggy so i came back indoors, i do love this time of day when nature is busy and people are supposed to be asleep. As I should be. Soon.

Not bad thanks, m'dear. Tad yawnsome so tucked 'neath me sheet about to have me pre-beddy-byes cig. Birds are kickin' up a racket here too. Is all misty and moisty of morny. Vaguely spooky almost but quite pretty with it. Also rather fond of this time of day. Peaceful innit. Except for the birds and that.
 
^ The slow trickle of bird song from dawn till sunrise only adds to the awesomeness of the astronomical event.

There's a little cocky blackbird that sits on his favorite tree branch every morning midway down from our house. He's always the first to make a racket. That's when I know it's time to grab my dressing gown and put the kettle on. :) Can't beat a nice cup of tea, a fat joint, an a MXE afterglow whilst sitting in the garden on a Sunday morning listening to the birds as the sun begins to rise. Gives you a lovely centered feeling. I wish I could still do 6am-2pm shifts. It was a fucking pleasure riding into work on a bike at 5.30am at this time of year.

I'm up early but I managed to get up the stairs last night, I haven't slept in our bed for over 3 weeks and had a much better nights kip, solid from11 to 4 then not a bad bit of drowsing for another couple of hours :)

Might even venture outside today, gonna see about getting a wheelchair next week all this being totally housebound is starting to get me down and I'll be working from home from Tuesday so I'll need to be able to breath a bit of fresh air!

Hope your all fine and dandy on this Sunday morn, anyone see that Jools Holland program on the sounds and music of London last night, I really enjoyed it I never realised the cross over between old English folk music and the Blues.

Oh my god, all the years I spent doing all the speed and I never once thought to do this :(

Morning all! Suitably Shitty Sunday, missed my first bus into town, got the second one an hour later and it turns out my semester pass stopped working on Friday and got no money so had to sheepishly wander off the bus and stalk back to the flat where I am now going to drink the beers my mate left me. Still, fairly nice weather!
 
Good morning peeps, just about to take one of the residents out from the home for lunch, he has dementia, really horrible when this happens to people, he's a lovely person though!

Well I haven't been so anal (hrr) as to weigh them all out but generally about a thin scalpel-shaped coating off the peevee pile. Probs 20mg max though I really could not say. The doses range from gentle perkiness to tight chest paranoia inducing, depending largely on time of day, amount of food in me as well as size of the dose.

Haha, look who's reappeared! What's happening? You not up a mountain or some shit?

I was still awake, but was nowhere near t'internet. I had an excursion planned but had to phone my pal about 8pm & let her shout at me down the phone as my excuse for not going to either Subby or Chambre was "I'm wearing shorts, I can't be fucked going home to get jeans & I've just spent all my money on Buckfast, clubs are not happening, peace!" when I'd promised all day I was definitely going & that I was definitely not going to be in too bad a state, I was fucking ruined. Ended up back at my maw's sitting in the garden getting a scoop, waking my maw up every 10 minutes by causing a ruckus, my mate's bird spewed on my stairs at about 5am then freaked out & went home crying lol. Successful day out all round really lol.

Edit - I've just realised I have absolutely no hangover. This is not a good thing. It means it's still on it's way, there's no chance I'm getting away with the amount of alcohol I drank yesterday without a punishing hangover at some point.
