So the UK has an uncodified constition of rights. Maybe we have the right to not have a written constitution that could be vulnerable to exploitation.
Like how so many Americans proudly boast the 'right' to bear arms. That shouldn't be a universal right, that should be a privilege for those who seek it if they need it.
Good healthcare for all should be a 'right'. But in America it's a privilege.
