So Tuesday night swim tried a popular drug here in Israel known as "Hagigat". It contains synthetic cathinone and is greatly similar to it's mirror drug in other countries such as mephedrone. Worst experience of swim's life. Swim couldn't sleep that night, and the next morning swim seriously thought he was going to die. Heart was racing incredibly fast, tremors, tightness in chest, high blood pressure, etc. It calmed down after a few hours, but the tightness in chest lasted two days, and the heart palpitations swim still has now even five days after taking the drug accompanied by occasional sharp pains in the heart area. If swim is walking or doing anything physical the heart rate skyrockets.
I've read so many horror stories online of people with similar symptoms ending up with permanent heart damage and swim is worried. Swim is in the army and all medical information in Israel is linked to the army, and they will know if swim tests positive for anything, which swim would even if hagigat doesn't show up. Should swim go to hospital, or will this resolve?
