It's cool to see you rant about what you're fucked off with. Better out than in, although next time post it in the angry thread ;) Or at least I'd say that if I were a twat.

I'm not angry, I'm jyst without hope...optimism, but been building a treehouse with me son, then playing silly games down the allotment, kind of made me realise what a twat I am for wallowing..

A lot of people I know seem to be going through trying times.. maybe its to do with the change of season..

Ive been really getting into adavaita and being in the now lately. Its really helped me through a dark patch.
