There's not many people I hold a grudge against but there two people who have massively wronged me that I think I would take great enjoyment out of exacting revenge on them. Probably not worth the hassle really but if I knew that I could take revenge and it would have no come back on me then I might well do it. :D

bit of a struggle of a day, dunno why but been feeling all comedowny lethargic, apart from not actually sleepy but my body has been feeling like lead, which is odd cos i shouldnt be feeling comedowny. not ideal whilst working in a humid warehouse handling steel on my toes all day. nice bit of sunbathing on break, nicely roasted

When my dose has been high enough yes. Doses have crept up quite a lot though, what started on 200mg has crept to 600-800mg.
The huge escalation in dose is what's making me consider throwing them.

That said I've not really got many left anyway.

It doesn't sound like you're going to get much out of them. I try (don't always succeed) to switch around my drug usage as much as possible to minimise the development of tolerance/dependence. I don't think you have anything else to eat though do you? I've even been known to have the odd (rare) day without anything!

Nothing opiate-wise. Had 30mg diazepam (allegedly... dodgy DAZ diazepam).
Got a bit of Ket so might have a cheeky line of that in a minute.

Or just resign myself to sobriety and watch a film.

The speed at which I've got through these tramadol makes me think maybe buying some oxy would be a bad move. The amount of effort required to make poppy tea kinda stopped me from doing it too regularly.
Popping pills is far too easy.

I'm one of those that needs to give karma a little hand for my own well being, if I don't it would eat me up for years. I can't forget things.
The cunt who ripped me off recently and is now claiming he's only got £230 in the bank on the court papers when he's recently sold a 475k house can expect something if he doesn't pay up when it goes to court.

How many have you got left? The more days it goes on the stronger the pull will be. Doctors mindlessly prescribe tramadol for some reason.

Yep, doctor threw hundreds of them at me with no explanation at all. If I hadn't done my own research then I'd have thought they were essentially just strong paracetamol. I could easily have ended up addicted to them.

They gave me unlimited refills indefinitely lol 8) They are still there if I want them!

How long have you been taking the Tramadol Munroe? Are you spreading the dose?

I think I asked you similar questions last week but missed the reply. Sorry if you feel like youre repeating yourself.

If youve been on them longer than a week at a high dose I'd taper down a bit if you can. Its likely that you'll feel ill.
Not everyone does though so you might be alright.

Only got 1 10strip left now.
Been taking it over the course of about two weeks. So i've had 90x50mg tablets over that period but not used them everyday and not always got high of them.

I've noticed taking them in consecutive days seems to make the effects stronger.

Hopefully I've not used them for long enough to have withdrawals but if so I've got a few blisters of diaz to sort me out. Surely they'll only be minor if existent at all.

That said I've munched about 20 x 10mg diaz in the same period. I'd rather suffer tram withdrawals than diaz.

Get off them Munroe. If you think you're lacking self control to taper the Trams flush them. But yeah its likely that youre going to want a diaza if you cant cope with the Tramadol withdrawal. I can see your predicament.

I'm sorry to say that I had bad withdrawals when I first started taking it after just a week but dont let my experience or anyone elses cause you to start panicking and set off some kind of self fulfilling prophesy. Everyone is different. Try to keep a strong and positive attitude towards it.

Dxm gave me some relief as did hot baths, green tea and oh yeah .. I didnt have any benzos so used an anti histamine to get me off to sleep.

Might be lucky, never got any withdrawals from long term poppy tea use, once or twice a week.
Gonna save my last blister pack for in case of emergencies only if I feel bad.

Had job interview this morning. Was nervous enough anyway then I got there and saw that I was being interviewed by 3 people.
Hated every minute of it, took a blue beforehand but didn't feel much calmer for it at all.
Fingers crossed should get answer in the next week.

Just back from seeing my doc. Upped my Diazepam to 6x2mg a day, so I've just popped some and a 20mg Temaz too so I think I'll be doing a bit of supine bizniz shortly

After that, I reckon I should practice / refine my mix.
