Recently was prescribed Zoloft daily for depression and anxiety, i took my last dose about 14 hours ago and I'm skipping today's dose. I plan on taking 250mg tramadol and 25 mg of Vicodin in probably 3-4 hours. Would this be fine? I've taken doses of 750mg of tramadol with a regular dose for about 4 months of 500mg also I've taken about 60mg oxycodone daily before tramadol. I stopped for about two months now and just wondering if my dose would be fine with Zoloft dosed 18 hours before. Also plan on drinking tonight as well, any input?

Just because you have combined the two in the past and haven't seized doesn't mean that it's not a possibility, but good call on skipping today's dosage of Zoloft.
I just wouldn't recommend mixing alcohol and tramadol, since they both reduce seizure threshold, which is going to be further reduced by the Vicodin. Unless Zoloft has a long half life, making yesterday's dosage still active in your system, I think you should be OK as long as you don't have more than one-two beers, or 1-2 oz of hard liquor.

Btw, Zoloft has a half life of 26 hours, which is longer than I thought it was. I would wait for a confirmation from another Bluelighter before going through with it, just because seizures are serious business. I think you'll be alright, though.

I would just skip the tramadol, that way you decrease your chance of seizure and seretonin syndrome. Besides that, it's a weak opioid, and I've never found it to add anything when combined with stronger narcotics like hydrocodone.

Yeah I use to take tramadol when I was on celexa.... Got up to 800mgs before I seized and that was after awhile of taking it. Don't risk it. Also I'm on 150mg of zoloft now and when I drink I haven't noticed myself getting drunk faster. Shit I was drinking from 3pm till 5am on new years and didn't blackout. Another time I drank a shit load but still got drunk as I normally would (meaning around the same amount of shots/drinks). Yet, its different for everyone. I still also use other drugs and never had a problem with opiates ect. Only with tramadol. I also do not roll anymore (I have a couple times but I should of and stay away from dxm). Just some random advice.

Yeah, I feel like its this kind of information that should be taught in highschool instead of the anti-drug propaganda that they spew out. I'm lucky I stopped taking zoloft or any other SSRI when I started drinking and tripping on robuttusin because I had no idea about the dangerous interaction at the time..

Yeah I agree with you man. Its like so many kids don't know about bluelight and shit so how are they going to know they aren't suppose to take a certain drug with another. Like even on the robitussin bottles it doesn't say don't take it with an ssri but only maois... So yeah its pretty crazy. You can't just tell kids to not use drugs because not all will listen. Its like don't have sex before marriage... Um how many kids listened to that?
My friend and I tripped on dxm a few times while on zoloft. It was stupid... I mean we had no hallucinations we just were confused and couldn't walk.. Luckily nothing really bad happened but I could just imagine it being easy for something to. Especially at higher doses. So I'm done with that shit.
To be honest zoloft doesn't even work for me. The doctor wanted to put me on 200mg just last week. I was like fuck that shit. I want to taper off of it soon.
Yes robo with zoloft is dangerous but alcohol is not? I haven't noticed my self getting drunk faster either, but as long as you aren't drinking in extreme amounts i don't think zoloft and alcohol is really dangerous at all. Btw skip the Tramadol

^DXM and Zoloft are dangerous due to serotonin syndrome risk and lower seizure threshold, while alcohol and zoloft are dangerous due to reduced seizure threshold, as alcohol is not all that serotonergenic compared to DXM.
To all the robotrippers out there, you should buy some real dissociatives, like Ketamine, pure DXO, or MXE, instead of using DXM to robotrip. DXM is a very dirty drug, and causes a lot of side effects that mess up your dissociative high.
