Bupe My own Suboxone and Dope experiment

I've read so many posts and various writings about how long to wait after taking Suboxone for dope to work. So I'm going to conduct my own experiment on this issue.
A little history about me and my use first. I have been a regular opiate user for roughly 8 years. I was into pills, and eventually moved up to heroin about 4 years ago. For the last year I've been on Suboxone film at 4mg to 8mg per day. I recently had surgery and had to come off of my Suboxone dose, but was maintained on dilaudid.
Today was my first day back on Suboxone. I took a 8mg film at 2:30 this afternoon.
For my experiment at 11:30 pm I'm going to start injecting 100mg of high quality heroin every 15 minutes until I reach a point where I begin to "nod out". So I don't have to stick myself multiple times, I will use a 20g IV for the doses. Just to be safe I have a friend with me who is a nurse, and has Narcan on hand just in case.

Time to start:
11:30 pm - I just injected the first 100mgs. I felt a slight warm feeling for a few minutes. But it quickly faded off.

I'll continue posting my results, until I reach the "nod out" I'm looking for. Wish me luck in the name of better science.
 
Ok after the second 100mg injection at 11:45 the nice warm feeling returned, and lasted for about 8 minutes. But no other noticeable effects at this time.
Just to add, I was off of Suboxone and maintained on Dilaueid for 26 days. My last dose of dilaudid was at about 12 last night. But no Subs for 26 days befor today.
 
Ive noticed i could at times OVER ride the suboxone depending on what time i took it and how much i took. when i used to take oxys, id take 2mgs of sub in the morning when i was sick and couldn't find em, then i'd find em, take my normal dose and over ride it becase i definitely got high. When i first started shooting dope i took suboxone 8mgs in the morning made me feel a little better and by 3-4 o clock id do my normal shot and id feel it fine. I guess it effects different people different ways. So shit, i mean look at it this way, if you can get by on the sub one day just wait til the next day or until you feel sick again then do it. Then again as i know, it's much easier said than done.

Depending on how long you've been doing shit, didnt you notice that with dope after a while it's basically a rush then you feel a little bit good for a couple hours, not really high just RIGHT know what i mean? i just know when i was doing dope by time i was at the end of my career with it, id just get my rush nod for a ltitle bit then it was gone anyway. Remember all opiates/oids have cross toloance to eachother. That dilly in the hospital might have just higherd your tolorance or whatever. Who knows. Just my 2cents.

Ok I finally reached the nod after 600mgs of dope. My normal dose to reach that point when I used last week was 125mgs. I knew it would take a higher amount to achieve, but didn't think it would be 5 times as much. And the duration was much shorter. The nod phase lasted for about 30 minutes, and with in 2 hours I could no longer feel any effects at all.
The amount and duration will be different for everyone. So please don't go a shoot a half gram right off the bat. This isn't ground breaking research I did. But just a little info for myself, and to share here.
 
I know what you mean a out feeling "right". At the peak of my using that was pretty much what happened with me. A euphoric warm rush for a little bit. But then it would fade, and I just felt "right" not sick nor high. In my group we called it " getting well" for obvious reasons if you've been using for a while. But I'm going back on subs full time in the morning. Just wanted to enjoy a little before hand.
 
Yes. You CAN shoot or even snort through (with opana) a low dose of sub. I find 4 hours per 2mg is the rule of thumb.
 
i wanna see someone shoot dope and suboxone in the same shot and see if there is a rush or if the suboxone blocks it.. thats what i was hoping this thread was.

I put my money on the bupe winning after some heart palputation, sweats, and even probably a pin nd needle morphine feeling.
 
Ionno. I had opiate tolerant people take subs and try to get high...pretty hard unless you wait it out. .5mgs would still affect you IV'd.
 
might cop a buzz though, If you have low tolerance to opiates. I wonder how buprenorphine would affect me now that my tolerance isn't measured in grams, so to speak, haha.

It probably would not be a waste of time.
