What the fuck? I thought this trash was highly illegal here in Australia. Do not like this shit at all. Have a few lines and all is well, have one more strait to hell. This shit is harsh on my circulatory system and I feel nothing but shit after a few small lines spaced over a few hours. Feels great until then and massive urge to fiend but then comes the horrid comedown/ urge to re-dose with nothing but negative effects. No great loss when this is schedule 9 IMO.

I don't understand what you are asking... from May 1, it will be a federal offense to buy and sell MDPV in Australia. States may have their own laws already, I don't think any of them do apart from WA maybe.
It would probably be covered under the analogue law but they don't seem to want to try and use that particular legislative instrument; instead, it was decided to add MDPV to the S9 category. Most states will probably follow suit with their own laws as well.
No great loss, I agree. That was basically all the posts that were made when I made a separate thread with this news a few months back... 'nothing of value was lost'.

In my experience, mdpv's initial rush was like a puff of meth (I smoked it with cannabis sativa and baccy, so I got a real head rush). I'd usually have two cones in a row, so avg smoked dose of 3-6mg. I'd then top up on this once an hour or so so by the end of the day I'd probably consumed around 20mg which is a fair amount smoked. I'd come down with alcohol and Serepax to sleep.
You get the same confidence that meth gives you, same energy increase. It makes you WAY hornier though, being dubbed pervert powder by a fellow I know.
It doesn't last as long as meth, but the side-effects (paranoia, anxiety etc) are worse in my experience, YMMV. Funny thing was, I could easily eat on pv. Probably cos mixing it with the buds gave me the munchies.
I have bugger all experience with coke so can't really comment except that both pv and coke made me talk a lot of shit.
The other thing with pv is that the temptation to re-dose rather soon is VERY high, and once you've had a few re-doses, forgetting about sleeping that night. Each re-dose increases the paranoia, anxiety etc.
When I wasn't using it recreationally, I found it a very helpful study aid. I'd put a few mg's in my tea, sit down and write and essay and do exceptionally well on it.
My worst experience on it was when I smoked about 50-60mg within a few hours, drank quite a few beers and had a fair bit of tramadol. I got very very messy, very sloppy, hard to talk, staggering etc. The only drugs I reccomend mixing this with is a few drinks to take the edge off, a light dose of a benzo to calm the nerves and perhaps a higher benzo dose at night to sleep.
Also, as parting words of wisdom, if you suffer from nervousness and general anxiety, I would avoid all stimulants like the bubonic.

A close friend of mine lost a mate to suicide a few days ago 
He had a long history of speed abuse but had been recently using mdpv. I dont know much about the drug as I've never tried it but apparently he wasn't too bad until he started using mdpv.

All too true. After about 48 hours or so, sleep deprivation starts to set in which in my theory leads to the inevitable Psychosis. Shadow People are frustrating after 5-6 days. So it's not "f" psychosis sets in, it is "when" psychosis sets in. Problem is, it is very easy to loose track of days...sunday becomes tuesday and the notion of sleep does not cross the mind. Nor does eating. Controlled usage is the key to this otherwise extremely dangerous substance.

Well as of 4 days ago, MDPV is now a S9 drug. Keep this in mind if you were thinking of ordering some.

Wasn't that just the TGA's recommendation to the Government? Has it actually been made law already?
The recommendation concerned the "Cannabinomimetics" as well. They are still being sold untill the recommendation is made law.

^ Both of those decisions have been made into law. Check out Amendment 1 for 2012 for confirmation.
Generally those recommendations are acted upon, especially if they concern drugs that are only/primarily recreationally used.

^ No problems. I'm subscribed to receive updates from the TGA, and I keep an organized folder on my computer of editions of the SUSMP dating back a few years and including amendments and discussions.
New blends would probably be caught under the 'cannabinomimetics' phrase they add at the end of the list of chemical classes of known synthetic cannabinoids. They are going for a blanket ban on this, will be interesting to see how strictly they enforce that clause though.

There are places that have had new blends ready to go for for a while now claiming they will survive the May 1 requirements. One is the same place that ripped everyone off so I was thinking they might just do a run of Damiana.

I suppose it depends on how determined they are to enforce this; I suppose they might come down harder on stores on the streets selling these smoking blends rather then online sellers but we will see I suppose.
Also the exemption there is specifically for cannabinoids that may be deemed to have medical value and be placed in a lower schedule, as mentioned in the discussion paper I put on here around Christmas last year.
