It's a 2 month job then cut the calories and do more cardio after ie cutting. If you want to gain weight/size aswell as strength this way is FAR more effective than working every group of muscles daily and eating standard 3 meals a day as Btl O Rough Jack is suggesting. We're on 2 totally different planets what you are talking about, exercising over the course of a day would help with stamina and endurance yes, but it is certainly not going to help with getting bigger and stronger.

I NEVER suggested eating 3 square meals a day will get you ANYWHERE(I didn't even mention eating 3 meals a day). I wake up at 5 am, don't eat for around 2 hours while getting ready, then after that I eat every 2 to 3 hours, Until about 7:30/8:30PM when I have my last meal. There's no NEED to get bigger(narcisstic and makes you slower) because you will be much stronger and have endurance.
You only have half a clue what you're talking about..because you want to look like a bigger boy.
WHat I'm saying is it's better for you to skip the bulking period and go straight to getting cut cut cut - you will naturally bulk up a bit anyways...and you will have done it the healthy way, without excessively stressing your body out.
