*Smoking a couple bowls and watching CH's videos* =D

I found myself to have so much and didn't see the time pass by when I made my video. If it wasn't for the fact that it's not really socially accepted here, i'd be making a bunch more hehe.

Morning? You must be on the east coast or something, it's still dark here. =D

Daylight savings? When did that happen? Today?

Springs been here since late February IMO. I started sun tanning in late February. =D

I got a new video coming up for ya - got another wax dab for myself too. :)

You lucky fucker! Its just starting to get warm up yonder.

free health care ftw.

:O Free healthcare is nice and all, if your not a resident of Canada.

Sure we get free healthcare. Got something wrong with you? You'd be better off looking for a doctor in Haiti or Africa than trying to find educated medical help here.

I think I'm gonna hit the bong for a nice morning toke AFTER breakfast of course! Always after!

After being miserable all morning due to lady cramps and shit. Smoked a lot this morning, prolly too much! Finally some ibuprofin, 150mg of tramadol and 50mg of codiene have me feeling alittle better.

Now to try and clean my room in this hazeee....

I actually found out yesterday that I in my medical papers I had/have an official ICD-10 diagnosis of F12.2 cannabis dependence syndrome haha (long story). No wonder I'm having difficulties getting meds prescribed... Also, fourth day of cannabis break!

"A cluster of behavioural, cognitive, and physiological phenomena that develop after repeated substance use and that typically include a strong desire to take the drug, difficulties in controlling its use, persisting in its use despite harmful consequences, a higher priority given to drug use than to other activities and obligations, increased tolerance, and sometimes a physical withdrawal state."

tramadol is a weird drug. I remember I used to be scripted 200mg per day, that shit got me loopy - and never in the opiate way I was looking for, either.

It's different, but I've always liked tramadol. Those "loopy" drugs tend to be my favorite, so long as I don't start acting outwardly retarded or anything.

Opiates dont generally work on me without high doses (120mg morphine IR on a 0 tolerance will give a light buzz), but i must say 600mg tramadol does leave me feeling pretty damn nice. But it seems whenever I smoke weed on tramadol, it feels like the world is shaking and I'm in an earthquake haha.

I don't know if any of you guys' heard about what's going on in Quebec... Government wants to raise education fees in Universities by 75% over the next 5 years (1625$ more per semester in 5 years).

Students of college and universities are going on a strike to make them back off their plan. I voted today for the strike, so hopefully I will have the couple of weeks off.

It might not seem like a lot of money, but the universities are well enough funded here. The problem is that they don't know how to attribute their money correctly, so they are asking for more subventions to the government. One simple example of that is, high-ranked directors of Concordia university left their job before the end of their contract with primes going up to 700 000$, they got that money simply because they were quitting their job...

Hope you guys support the students in the Quebec province!

lolz. that sounds like medical mumbo jumbo for pothead.

definately woulda qualified for that a while a ago

Yeah I kind of laugh at it, until I realized it might prevent me from getting for example proper pain medication in case I get involved in a serious accident. Gotta try and get that removed sooner or later, the main reason it's there is probably when this one doctor told me I need to quit smoking cannabis because it can cause schizophrenia and psychosis and possibly explosion of the whole solar system, to which I replied something along the lines that I'm going to keep tokin' despite your ridiculous words. I know I shouldn't have told her that I like to smoke in the first place, but I really had no choice.

=D=D=D

sounds like it's time to see a different doctor.

ps: the solar system WILL blow up if you don't quit.

The problem is, we got free public healthcare here. I could never ever afford a private doc let alone a private hospital. All doctors operating within the public healthcare system have access to these medical files and these diagnoses go to the provider of social security benefits too, so in a sense one might actually say the government/society is paying me money for smoking weed and in their eyes being dependant on it, it's a medical condition to them after all. Funny world eh?

So what's the treatment, if any? You might be able to get Sativex or Marinol or something... not quite as good as being a regular ol' pothead, though.

Benzos, SSRI-meds, possibly some anti-psychotics, all of which I turn down, except benzos so I can have them just in case. Medical marijuana is super tightly controlled here, it only comes in the form of Bedrocan and it costs more than just buying it from the street anyway. They won't even offer any therapy (they'd pay for it) unless they're pleased with my urine. I feel like I could really benefit from some type of stimulant medication but that's a big no no to them because of my cannabis use which I'd be willing to give up if they'd atleast try and see if stimulants help me but they just rather put me on disability pension which is something I don't want.

The reason I'm seeing the doctors in the first place is that my (main) problems are depression (comes and goes), anxiety, concentration/attention, sleeping, and some behavioural things often associated with ADHD like impulsiveness (I'm into gambling, losing what little I have in online poker pff) even though I'm more of an ADD person. I just want to study and get a degree, but I feel I'm unable to, properly atleast... I self medicate with weed, helps getting through depressive periods, anxiety and insomnia but it isn't really enabling me to study. There's a whole lot of stuff I could write about this, been a "victim of the system" for something like 7-8 years now but this really ain't the place to rant :P

WHAT?! Benzo's to treat marijuana addiction? You say you live in Canada, eh? I might have to go get to know my French-Canadian relatives north of the border....

It's shitty having something like that on your medical record, though. After a Xanax binge in 11th grade I've been red-flagged in (at the very least, Patient First's) computer system as "Highly Susceptible to Substance Abuse." I mean, they're right and all but what the fuck did they expect prescribing a 16 year old bars of Xanax? Needless to say, that shit's followed me around for about 6 years now... I hope it goes away some time soon. :(
