For me way less visual, but a lot people say 4-HO-MET is more visual and fun. This tryptamines hardly have a specific effects profile.

i actually came in this thread to say that last weekend I finally got around to trying the same HCl batch that you have acquired recently.

i found it to be surprisingly strong and long-lived at 13 mg.
 
^Strong for sure. I was surprised at how wonderful the trip was at 20mg, after expecting to be underwhelmed. But long-lived? Maybe I just need try it a few more times... keke. Previous trials with this batch have only last around 5 hours, maybe a little longer. With the fumarate 4-aco I had before it was probably lasting somewhere around 8 hours, slowly fading off. With this stuff, it kind of just shuts off at a point.

ahhh interesting. the fumarate i have lasts for about 4 - 5 hours. this experience with the HCl lasted for about 6.5 hrs.
i'll be sure to report back when i try it again. =D
 
(4-AcO-DMT) Difference between HCL and Fumarate?

Hey bluelighters.

Can someone out there please tell me the difference between the HCL salt and Fumarate form of 4-AcO-DMT? To my understanding there is also freebase, but don't include that in this discussion for I don't need that info....

I searched google a bit and basically only got that for every 2000mg of fumarate = 1600ish,mg of HCL.

But what else?

with a 20% potency difference, you should make certain what you are ordering/consuming before determining dosage.
 
HCl, while being more potent, degrades faster than Fumarate and so you have to be more careful with storage :)
 
I've found little potency differences between the two. In fact, for me, my HCl batch, while matching in intensity, seems to have a shorter trip duration. You do have to be careful with storage though, as others have mentioned. HCl will go much quicker than the fumarate version.
 
^ It degrades to psilocin, from what I gather. I'm not sure why this is a bad thing if this is the case. Maybe because psilocin itself degrades further to something less-desirable? IDK... I'd like to know more about this myself.
 
This weekend redosed 3h after finishing the first trip (26mg), and barely felt effects. Keep it for another time, redosing its a total waste of this amazing compound.
 
I had an amazing ++++ on this drug on 30 mgs on the beach. It's all about set and setting! I didn't experience any nausea or any lingering physical aftereffects either so maybe I just had a good batch and I was lucky with my food choice before that trip or something lol
 
no one seems to be talking about it

but has anyone noticed that this drug is no longer being sold by vendors or no longer being sold to the US?

it kinda just happened outta nowhere, i got some a few weeks back, went to order more and was told that it is no longer goin to be carried at all, and another person told me that he knows a vendor still seeling it just not to the US

i dont want people to start talking sources or anything but i just find it interesting that no one else has mentioned that it kinda got pulled from the RC market or atleast the RC market available to the US

I think most of the worry is that once it degrades, it becomes a scheduled substance. I'm not sure how extreme the potency loss is, though.

Highonlife, I'm not sure if that's a market-wide thing. I still know a handful of domestic vendors for this stuff. Where there is a demand (and there surely is a demand for 4-aco), there will be a supply.
 
My 4-AcO-DMT HCl has degraded quite quickly. It was brown and dry powder when i first got it, but after being exposed to air a couple of times it's gone sticky and brown, and now it's a solidified brown goo with a texture similar to toffee.
Can i save it? I love this stuff and it's my precious, i have magical trips with this a few times a year and don't want to lose a whole gram.

It should degrade into Psilocin, so it should still be active - albeit different. However as far as I'm aware that Psilocin will then degrade further into inactive products, so I'd make sure you get some better storage, ie. inside airtight containers in a freezer.

What i'm more concerned about is making it usable again. How can i bring it back to powder form so i can separate it into dosable sizes?
