As BCF said, it's good for a rainy day. You essentially forget that it's there. Then you've no weed left & "AHA! Crytals!!!!" pops into your head. Keeps you going through the dark times until another bag can be bought %)

Had one of these - from the picture I'm guessing, well still do and they are great! Just after a few months I decided I need one that was bigger, unfortunately it isn't as good sturdy quality as this one.

I fucking hate bong shopping. I know this myself from even just being in those 'Chinese Shops/Bazaars' in Spain where they have those Poker Chip grinders for 2 euro and they are £15 over here, exact same. But back to bong shopping, there is a particular shop here, that no matter what without a doubt any time you are bong shopping they try to get you to buy the acrylic bong for the reason you're talking about. You'll go, "Oh I like this glass one here, could I get a lo-" "OH HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THESE ACRYLIC BONGS? These are great! They don't break and look you can get this twisty one here for putting in ice."

I'm looking at lovely pieces like this:

I did actually get some a few weeks ago for the 1st time in many years and was shocked at the price rise.

Weed growers must be making a mint out there.

You know things are dire when even a bit of weed is costing over 200 quid an ounce.... and coke @ 110 a gram.

People can fuck right off.
 
but then your rainy days you're smoking the best shit and you've been smoking substandard shit in the days leading up to the rainy one.

As gannetsarewe said, pushing a gorilla uphill is a job best tackled BEFORE the rainclouds open, don't wait till it's already wet and try to race the fucker back down again!! ffs man.
 
Na, I'll often put a wee spread of the crystals in a joint if I feel like it, just not necessary most of the time - I get stoned enough off the weed I usually get out the grinder without needing the crystals as well.

& I think your second comment means "Buy more weed before you run out" but I'm not sure haha. Obviously I try to do this, but it doesn't always work out that way.
 
Just opened a package that got delivered today. Had no clue what was in it, not expecting anything other than a book & it definitely wasn't that.

I appear to have bought a "rolling box". Fuck knows why. An Adidas shoebox lid has served me well enough until now. I shouldn't be allowed near ebay when I'm not sober. I blame paypal, it's like 4 clicks & you've bought some shite that you don't need, if I had had to get my card out & type the numbers in etc I would have quickly changed my mind.

don't use a grinder for spliffs anyway, only used it for vaping weed.

Collect enough crystals to fill a film canister then pour into your hot palms and press till its a lump of bubbly goodness, then youll see why :P

i hate headshops! they dont know what iso alc is, went in asking for some and got told these 'fizzy bong tablets' are really goood, had a look on the ingredients, just bicarb lol

unfortunately i haven't built up a collection of pollen in ages, been smoking import hash religiously for like a year non stop, and when its made its usually defcon 3 (1 is the end of your bag, 2 is the bits from various score bags i have lying about and 3 is the collected pollen) so im in dire need of getting stoned, a film canister only equates to just under a gram of bubbly pollen

Ock its great i want one, maybe with something else on the lid but yeh quality compartments. Make it a keeper.
