I'm definitely getting some breakfast in on the way to work. I thought about doing some ethylphenidate instead but I can't handle the thought of a stimmed-up day in work with no benzo safety net.

Plus it's Tuesday and Tuesday morning drugging it is just plain filthy.

Ahhh my tummy is rumbling at the thought Kate! I'm actually eating the left over pasta that I made for dinner last night, I've been up all night, my sleeping is all over the place since stopping using H on Saturday (again! Temp relapse) slept too much on Sunday and sunday evening!

I've got a cold sore, so eating has been quite difficult as it actually has been so sore i've been struggling to get food into my mouth. I've had it for two weeks now, it started to heal, then came back worse than before, immune system needs a boost!

I'm so stupid some.... well most of the time, I have work in a few hours and I've already necked a g of pregabalin 50mgs of olanzapine and two zopiclone! Prescription meds ey, who needs em ;)
 
hello cherry, good to see you around <3 temp relapses is better tuan flat out! I thought i had Bergen the shit, had been off it for 18months and now I've been messing about and I've picked you a habit again, and I'm not scripted! It's shit, I tryed to find 8mg sub on the street to do a quick detox but they seem to be like golddust at the moment! Dont know how long a can carry on!
 
Kate dont help them.. they arent children. Eaders are quite capable of using search engines if
they dont understand a word.

Doing the work for them is just encouraging their idleness.


When you say 'pockies' do you mean 'mittens'?

Good idea to have gloves on string even for adults.

I have a tendency to loose slippers and shoes. Right now im either wearing one slipper around the house or odd ones.. so perhaps footwear on string is ftw.

Morning everyone!

Done all my shit I needed to do this morning and about to head off on my 3 - 4 day journey around the country, for various reasons. I should hit where I'm going first by about 12 ish where I'll be for the rest of the day so will be able to get my ass online then. :)

Woke up with a headache and irritation so might take about 4 tram.. Its to medicate so thats ok isnt it?

Fuck knows why as it happens. It just makes me para.. but para is better than headachy irritation.

Some fucking imps have broken into my life in the night and unplugged my sound system.

Need sodding about with dusty bits of wire first thing in the morning like a cadaver needs a pisspot ay?

I use that book as my guide to Britain for places to go visit. It's one of my favourite books ever.

On a side note I paid about £20 for it when it came out. Saw it on ebay or Amazon recently for £100. I wouldn't sell it for £1000. Or maybe I would.
