[Mega] Tryptophan and Dark Chocolate , 'e-diet'

ive been hearing about this chocolate thing for a while now. so tomorrow night ill try it n ill let u guys know whats up. ive been eating dark chocolate since monday but am stopping today. i heard is good to stop a day before u roll just like with 5 htp. wish me luck!!!%)
 
i dunno about chocolate, but I know people who don't eat anything except fruit and some vegetables (mostly citrus fruits thought) for 24 hours before they roll

The point of eating dark chocolate, is because it has many many chemicals in it, over 300 i believe?

What i think is that some of them definitely effect your experience on mdma. I myself, and many others say that it brings out more of a psychedelic side of mdma. Its also said to raise dopamine and serotonin levels.

Its just a good little booster food for when you are going to use mdma in a week or so time.

no you don't eat when you roll,

You eat in the days leading up to and after.
Ive actually tried the Vitamin C thing,
I had a cold , had it for a few days so i kept drinking half a lemon in a honey and water drink, twice a day.
When i rolled that night (150-200mg) mdma, my eyes went in many different directions, i was noticing lots of the side effects, was definitely euphoric, but not a patch on when i take mdma now. I get the same level of euphoria off 100mg.

Funnily enough, that night i rolled with the cold, it went away that night lol


Ya, every time I've Roll'd with a Cold, it went away too.
 
...and btw why did you say it would be a waste if I redosed after I felt a come down?? And do you think 85% dark chocolate is dangerous?? I was looking and I found 85% and 90%.... But it scares me lol

Instead of taking more, try doing backbends and headstands and stretches. Lay down for 5 minutes, take a big hit of cannabis and stand up and stretch your back. I haven't done any of these awesome 'activities' while rolling since the 2005-6 area, (at this stage in the roll, I'm occupado con mi espousa:) but we had a blast doing this stuff theres a ton of threads on it we called it fuzzing I don't really care what it's called whatever, if you can get a nice headrush in a safe way (don't do bear hugs or choke each other out you'll kill your brain bubba) it's almost like doing nitrous it's really trippy but it's a lot more

IMO 90% dark chocolate totally rocks dude! Raw cacao nibs also rock. If I could afford to I would eat them everyday.
 
I'm going to try eating some dark chocolate a couple of days before I next do MD, but on the day I'm just going to take some Piracetam. Only going to redose once at around the 1:30hr mark and hopefully i'll be up from midnight to 6am :)

redosed a shit load on friday and now i feel a bit shitty :/

You know your only meant to use mdma every 30 days (minimum) up to 90 days wait??

yeah i always leave at least 30 days, my last wait was probably closer to 70 days.

didn't at any point say i wasn't going to wait more than 30 days. when i said i redosed a shit load on friday i mean i did 130mg at midnight, 60mg at 1am, 60mg at about 2am and then 130mg at 3am or maybe earlier. my logic at the time was "fuck it it's my birthday".

apparently i had an amazing time, but i don't remember a lot of it. which sucks because one of the best things about doing md is remembering the amazing time you had.
 
Woah this is interesting, I've been eating the 90% cocoa chocolate for years. I'd like to get ahold of some actual cocoa beans.

It seems like I was following an E-diet in 2010 when I was abusing the hell out of Mdma, without realizing it. Possibly why it's 2012 and I still don't feel any side effects apart from some suspicious sleep paralysis last year.

Tomorrow is my 8 month mark - I can only imagine how epic my next roll will be, but I should very well take this entire year off so that my abuse phase is well in the past.

I think that 'rolling' with this potentiation method as a couple would be amazing. Its very strong euphoria and empathetic feelings.
Lol i get a feeling i might never get to try it out in that way

4 Tablespoons of raw cacao nibs a day for a week before the roll.
The day of the roll I didn't want to eat any chocolate so we didn't... until we were peaking and it was awesome. It tastes soooo deep and good and we were zinging! Lots of love. We also supplemented ourselves for optimum serotonin levels with organic hemp oil, organic grassfed beef, and organic RAW milk from our farm. To explain the importance of this before rolling, check out this article from Natural News, Mood Food - Boost serotonin levels with natural treatments I never got as much out of taking 5-htp as I do now from loading on natural serotonin precursors.
 
HA, and that article I just linked to says get bright light therapy I cant' help but think how that sounds cool somehow.

If I just munch on a few bites of nibs it makes zing in a more benign way than drinking coffee does, It is a mayan superfood loaded with a ton of chemical compounds that they used to grind up and boil to make 'bitter water' as a stimulant.
But most importantly, chocolate contains small quantities of anandamide, an endogenous cannabinoid found in the brain.

Id just say eat under 25g a day until then.

But if you don't want to do that, you could just eat it the 3 days leading up to it.
don't go past 25g a day, it will honestly mess you up lol
 
Right 25g a day it is, starting from tomorrow. Unless there's some in my cupboards downstairs.

I'm hoping it will increase the euphoria and maybe extend the roll a little bit. So I don't have to take as much and don't end up blacking out.
