@chinky&tommy: so it seems like you guys have trouble sleeping on the subs, and maybe trouble with sleep in general?


try taking diphenhydramine pills. i too have problems with sleep occasionally, so when it feels like im wide awake late at night, i take (at least) #4 25mg diphenhydramine tabs. these knock me out, in a hour or two.




also, i took 8mgs of loperamide, and idk if its that or the norcos, but i am feeling good actually.. lots of energy!! doin lots of chores n all that good stuff
 
I have used diphenhydramine to help with the sleep. It's a little less helpful for me though since I have been prescribed benzos for so long, and only take between 1-2mg of diazepam now, which is really nothing.
 
If I'm detoxing even a little bit diphenhydramine makes it 10 times worse. I dint think I'll ever take that shit again.

diph doesnt do shit cause our dope is cut with it..its cut witha pill callec dormin and its active ingrediant is diph

but yeah i dont sleep really well, it sucks im on like 3 hours of sleep
 
I got da famous brooklyn skulls 2day yo!! Always a treat. I am so fucking pissed at my self.. I was doing the speed balls yesterday and I must have had a partial miss. I don't have a lump but I have a little soreness and the spot is useless at the moment. Now I got these fire bags and normally my veins would be poppin for days but damn cocaine just does wonders to kill em quick.

Oh well I won't complain until I can't get a shot off lol. Let's hope that doesn't happen.

Hey Chinky.. if you have access to Clonidine (even a walk in clinic could probably prescribe it) that combined with your bupe will help you sleep man. Clonidine works great for that (assuming you have not been taking it a long time.. because then the effect diminish and you just get lowered blood pressure). Plus clonidine is non narcotic and they don't test for it. It is an AMAZING sleeping pill that's very cheap. It's only good for 10 days max at a time though.. because it looses all it's good qualities if your constantly taking it.
 
so do it and pocket the money..or see if that have subs and tradr them for it

Yeah mybad I thought you were only taking the subs like around your probation period and stuff sry yo. I mean as far as a drug goes theres no drug you can safely take indefinitely for sleep. You will develop dependency or it just won't do crap.

Also you after you adjust to being on sub you should be able to get sleep unless you are the type that is stuck awake regardless and it's not related to like withdrawals or opiates in some way. For me days 1-4 are the worst.. like the 1st 1 or 2 days I have chill/cold sweats when I get on subs pretty damn bad and I can onoly call asleep like 20 mins at a time then I wake up SOAKED then repeat. Fast forward to 2-3 days later and I am getting like 3 hours at a time and shit without interruption.
 
when i take subs i dont sweat or have chiolls or any symptoms..everything just goes away, i just cant sleep
 
I can't sleep for shit normally (DEFINITELY can't sleep when in WD or even for the first 2 weeks after its 6 hours off and on TOPS). Dope is the only thing that really helps me sleep since I stopped smoking weed. I fucking despise weed these days though, fuck "The munchies".. they are the WORST because I get the every single time I smoke and they are unbearable and unsatisfiable.

But yeah, copped a jab tonight and I've got like 9 left (had to throw my driver 1.5 because I owed him a lil cash from last time he gave me a ride to my guy).. gonna nod hard tomorrow, then have about 1 or 2 for the next day.. then either go through the mild WD or get some more. Probably should get clean though while it is easy. I start my new job next week. Retail work, oh boy.. 5am-10am 5 days M-F.
 
glad i caught my dealer before going to work today. did not wanna be kicking while workin. i was even tempted to leave late so he could wake up. i didn't wanna run to the ghetto in a suit to cop either.

the crazy shit about this batch is that it smell like the big red cinnamon gum...shits weird lmao

about sleepin, i been able to sleep while i dose before i goto bed and my tolerance aint to high. usually i try to tire myself out during the day so i can sleep at night. however when an episode of insomnia strikes, forget about sleeping until 3am.

I know you must feel GREAT. It would always be a crap shoot coppin b4 9am for me if thered be anyone at the spot much less a decent stamp. What I started to do is saving some bags from the night b4 so I could get through work the next day and cop after work when there are al ot more people out.

well the good thing is that my dealer lives 2 blocks from me but he's always in downtown brooklyn in the mornings doin his grown-up shit. when i can catch him in east ny, im usually lucky or most of the time i just go to his building and see him there. he's been treating me good since i been on hard times and doing me with credit and.or free bags every time i see him and not to mention an occasional new port when i have none :)

you know whats odd, in the past few months that i been coppin, i have only got plain bags with no stamps. i think i got a total of 3 stamped bags in half a year
 
I've been taking kratom during the day. It was working perfect. But the past 2 nights I couldn't sleep at all. That's probably the most annoying part of withdrawal. The only part that makes me crave benzos.

The worst part about staying up is your really tired and want to sleep. But your like half awake. I think thats what makes you have no energy after 1 or 2 nights of that.

Well it was nice while it lasted..Then i'm always like fuck it i'll just get high one more time. LOL. The worst part is If I would of just quit like 2 weeks ago I probably would of had no withdrawal.

Got 2 opana 5's I was trying to save. Ones calling my name right now and the temptation is almost unbearable.

I've mentioned before that I have seen an increase in the amount of plain bags as well. I still get stamped ones from my main guy, but one or two of the other people that cop in BK have been getting plain unstamped bags. I had thought that they were good, until I had the stuff I get now that is stamped, and the stamped was bigger, and a little better. One guy has some pretty good plain bags though, but not quite as good as the stamped.

this is true. Ohio has a lot of Mexicans from Xalisco, a little tiny country-side town next to (but not part of) the Mexican State of Jalisco (which is pronounced the same way)

Xalisco is a poor farming community in the middle of Mexico. but they have volcanoes and shit which are perfect growing conditions for the poppy fields right underneath said volcanoes

since about 1998, these Xalisco farm boys hit up cities where the dope game/market hasn't been saturated. mostly in Columbus, Ohio (because many of the Nations highways go through this city) but also in places like Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC (but not as prevalent)

instead of cartels, these Xalisco Boys (as even the Vice Squads now call them) operate in cells of 6-8. they ship product to here, and recruit their poor Mexican friends to start a call-and-meet business. there will be one or two leaders of these said cells, but most times an underling will split off and say "hey I'm starting my own business. I want to be boss." first, imagine telling that to the Zeta Cartel! second, I've seen it with my own eyes. it's generally favorable because economically speaking more competition lends to better product, right?

these cells will set up shop for 2-3 years then come back home and build mansions in the former farm wasteland ghettos

apparently, this Xalisco tar is leaps and bounds better than the average bunk tar

honestly, the shit I've been getting these past couple years hardly looks like tar. it looks like a ice-tea to dark brown granule'd powder. but you still can't snort it, because structurally it still is tar. the weird thing is - if you blow on it or leave it in a bag unsealed it then eventually tars up. but this granule-powder shit has been some of the best shit I've ever seen

Yeah man thats how one of my dudes in S.I. does it (the blanks). They are ny size wide bags blank and taped. He's been selling the same type blanks for a looong time the wide-style blank bag they use never changes.

Also one of my connects in Brooklyn alll he sells is these blanks, which can be good sometimes I guess but I usually don't go for them. They are like 10 bags stacked then they fold all ten over at once and rubberband the whole bundle. You ever seen that shit?

My other connects in Brooklyn pretty much sell one single stamp each. Like one guy has this, the other has that.. both are good so I stick wtih this and that lol.

The SI blanks used to be good but then they got shitty and I just stopped going since Brooklyn has pretty much been solid for the most part (not ALL the stamps by any means.. theres a hell of a lot of garbage out there).
