Line-up seems very electro heavy considering it's meant to be a techno fest, not that that's a bad thing though I love electro as well :D

I was in Budapest just after Sziget this year. Pissed off that we didnt time our trip better so we could have gone to it, sounded pretty awesome from what people told us. Hideout looks good (considering going this year), but I'd advise Outlook if your looking to go to Croatia. The setting just tips the balance for me, was such a great place to have a festival, some of the stages are just in amazing places, dungeon & the pit and another one long stretch enclosed by high fort walls were my favorites. Was a wider variety of music too.
 
Yeah muttonchops Dance Valley would be a shout. Glade looks fairly good aswell. As does Secret Garden Party.

think B&S wend is same wend as NPLD :( as it was last year.being in Ballinlough before for a LIFE festival.

no not got a VW yet but would love a camper van.did the last 2 vantastival fests and love the gig.

anybody going to vantastival i will get you back stage to meet BlueLights hottest drummer

did about 5 or 6 picnics but didnt bother last year.its €240 a ticket plus i prefer the smaller festivals now.

you should try and get to one of the smaller festivals.the 2 i mentioned above i got tickets €60 each plus there bring your own booze.
 
so many festivals I want to go to next year.

Must do Glade and Boomtown again, and probably Bestival.

Really want to go to Boom in portugal for my psytrance fix.

Mates rave about SGP as well.

Will probably try and get some paid work on the bars or something at a few if I can!
 
SGP looks amazing. Also is Electric Picnic the one set in the ruins of an old castle? That looked brilliant from what I saw on here.

should head to sunflower fest mate, brilliant craic! lots of us NI BLers head, met aload last this time round, some mental lads (triphead being one i remember siting down and consuming what was in site with, pipes of dmt, lines of ket/mxe/watever ya want, never been that rubbered in me life) 40 quid a ticket, BYOB, friendly security, great art, fire dancing and big massive camp fire, so many hidden treasures aswell, we found a tree with messages wrote on paper 'leafs' which were attached to the tree, great for when your spangled!
 
sounds unreal matt! my mate was playing at it last year and i think he might be this year too so free entry for me maybe :) actually cant wait for it!
 
Definately Boomtown this year, already got my ticket, gonna steward for as many others as I can to get in for free.

I've also decided to hand in my notice very near to the beginning of the summer holidays. Tourist attraction cafe's on the beach are fucking HELL ON EARTH in summer for those working there. Been told I'm unlikely to get more than 5 days holiday over the summer, sod that I'm having the summer for myself this year :D

I am tempted by bangface, love the nights, but I do like my festivals to involve a field really...

BOOOOOOOOMTOWN is where it is at, only festival I am 100% going to this year :D

have you heard about the beach party? that has the potential to be better than a field, especially with some breakcore on in the background :D
