Seriously - why are other drugs considered harmful or damaging while MDMA is glorified?
The culture surrounding MDMA is DAMNED arrogant, and quite dangerous.
You actually claimed to have problems from SMOKING WEED because of MDMA.
Hello?
Clear evidence of neuro-endocrine alterations.
You even stated that some of the mental changes you experienced could be due to aging...
Hmm. Sounds like denial.
Uhm, FBC, I like you're posts and all and I agree on most points, but I've had problems smoking weed and that was way before I even discovered MDMA. After a year of heavy smoking I suddenly got a heavy panic attack and I've never been able to smoke since. So that's all due to neuro-endocrine alterations? From what? I didn't even drink at the time. In my experience however weed makes any problems regarding MDMA recovery ALOT worse. It can make you anxious, unmotivated, depressed... the list goes on. I gave up on weed entirely about 3 months ago, never felt better tbh.
Back on topic! When I feel the "magic" I'm having the best night of my entire life. Everywhere I go I will talk to anyone around me about anything. It's sort of like a super euphoric loved up trip which allows you to break free of all the emotional barriers so you can get in touch with yourself and others. I view ecstacy as a party drug, I would never do it at home listening to music or whatever. At a party everyone is taking it, everyone loves eachother and the vibe is just AWESOME. Part of the magic for me is being able to let some of my most inner demons out to complete strangers, only to find out, you're not alone and almost everyone experiences it one way or another. I guess the combination of GREAT music, GREAT people, heavenly euphoria and deep conversations with others defines the magic for me
