UK - Wave goodbye to your favourite legal chemicals!

Really disappointed at this, but hoping it wont be as serious as it's being made out to be. Although, from this time period lots and lots of new chemicals have been discovered - this will only speed up the rate at which they are discovered, so I'm looking forward to some interesting drugs in the future like there have been already. Pity this wasn't the ecstacy/acid era rather than the RCs as I'm sure they would've been even better.

Did anybody expect a Tory government to exercise even a modicum of sense? They have one of the least educated memberships of any political party in Europe, for fuck's sake.

thats what i'm asking- do we have a month still. if so, phew.

Should do. I take it should they decide to ban something on Nov 28, it'll be banned Dec 28. We'll have to wait and see how "on the ball" and aggressive they really are with it. To be honest, I'm sure the big vendors already have a shit load of good new chemicals ready to unleash, they aren't as stupid as the government seem to think. There are still thousands of substituted phenylethylamines, tryptiamines, arylcyclohexylamines etc etc etc and loads of other classes (some yet to be touched at all) still to be synthesied :D Think about it, substituted cathinones were little known until a few years ago. We are just about scratching the surface of arylcyclohexyalmines and I'm sure there's loads more of chemical classes yet to be even touched :D

That all being said, it's horrid to see them being so stubborn

awesome. thats 2 pay cheques. 2*stupid amounts of drugs. twice as safe right? no, think i have that the wrong way round. anything that even remotely encourages the stockpiling of drugs is great HR. of course its me doing the stockpiling so they'll probably shove that responsibility to me. whilst taking the responsibility to put whatever the fuck i like in my body away.

i'm quite annoyed at how upset i am about this. admittedly drunk, but etizolam was a kind of safety net, and my other safety net didn't respond last couple of times i contacted him with a shitload of cash ready to send his way.

Most of those are already illegal under the catch-call clauses in the MODA. They're illegal even though they've never been synthesised.

Is this statement supposed to be ironic, given that 65% of them went to Oxbridge lol? Labour created this law in the first place. Even the Lib dems have to rim the retarded population of this country if they want any hope of getting elected. 8(

Erm, doesn't the home secretary have to start adding the chemicals to the temporary ban list first? And then it's a month from when those chemicals are added before they become illegal to sell. I could be wrong, or I could be right and the home secretary's office will just go online and add every RC they can find in one big block...? Furthermore if you buy personal amounts via Europe you can't be done for possession of these substances so who gives a fuck?

Via a mainland European website? Are you sure about this? So, does this mean if I ordered Kratom from oh, say Estonia, and provided it doesn't get intercepted at customs, ordered it to my house - I can't be prosecuted? Or are you talking strictly possession?

I presumed since its illegal then so is possession, no?

If we've only got a month from a chemical being available to it being banned, then we'll have to move quick. None of this waiting about to see what other people think, gradually increasing doses and reporting effects. We'll have to tan new RCs harder and faster than ever before. It's going to be messy.

I'm sure there is thousands more possibilities. Then again, there are other chemical classes that have yet to be even touched

No, there will be no penalty for possession. That's how I read it last time I looked anyway. The way they present these bills makes it a pain in the arse to work out what they mean.

Surely the government still needs to specifically temporarily ban MXE, 6-APB, aMT etc etc.

Reckon they're all gonna go on the 15th? First they'll need to be formally temporarily banned. After that, it'll be a while until the postal service wisens up surely...

If that's the way it has to be then so be it :D I'm fairly sure the law is only in place so the government don't get caught with their pants down again like they did with meph, they couldn't give a fuck if a tiny amount of drug geeks like us keep buying our MXE or whatever... although I have been reading and hearing about the police getting very frustrated when they catch someone with xyz and they can't get their credit cus it wasn't illegal.

Yes, the bill gives Mrs May the power to introduce temporary bans. It doesn't ban anything in itself.

If your package gets intercepted depending on what country your from they will just destroy it and send you a nice little customs letter in the post, if you are talking large quantitys, id say probally £150+ (maybe distribution) then youd probally get paid a visit, but for personal amounts they usually just take it off you. If youve used a secure website theres no real way of tracing it to you, as long as you dont sign for the package.

The one and only time I ever tried to get scheduled drugs posted to me (from America), the drugs never arrived. Nor did any letter from customs. Frankly I'm relieved. I bet some dodgy guy somewhere along the line pocketed them.
