The mexicans put out the best because they can buy the precursors raw and in bulk, they dont have to buy sudafed like the bikers and hillbillies do, they start out with pure chemicals=less impurity=better=cleaner.

The highest amount of Federal Drug Seizures of methamphetamine in the pacific region. (Federal Law Enforcement in 2003 seized 205.7 kilograms of methamphetamine in Washington, compared to 40.4 in Oregon, 78.0 in California, and 53.0 in Idaho) (NDIC, 2005).
Higher levels of availability of the drug resulting in lower prices than any other state (NDIC, 2005).

they cook it in superlabs in mexico or just over the border, cut it and sell it.
they undercut the hillbilly/biker shit and they sell better product...
or at least i'm pretty sure thats how they completely took control of the meth trade from the bikers that ran it since the 60s

you cant live on both coasts at the same time lol... H sucked IMO, but I only smoked it. I barely got any euphoria, like codeine pretty much. Just way more of a nod, and a big craving for more

but I can pretty much guarantee the shit you will get will be better than what i did

Yup, I didnt know how to chase the dragon and BL was down at the time, so I just kinda guessed at it. The last hit I know was good though, cause it bubbled and ran down the crease. I got pretty high, but it just wasnt good enough for the tiny w/ds and cravings the next day
