yeah i have a reseltement officer and such saw him this week , must apply for a grant so that when it gets turned down 90% do , i can get help with some essentials.
tis totaly unfurnished n all my stuff bar a Laura Ashley sofa n a few other things , bed of course! that i'm taking from my present gaff

stuff i'ma get rid of cos i've had them over 10 years cooker - broken , freezer -crap , fridge n other things ,
But yeah i am getting hel;p thanks

Quit my job as a sammich artist today. The manager wanted to send me home early again today and I worked it out to be only twenty or so pounds more a week than JSA + Housing Benefit while working a week cleaning so decided to quit. The woman said she was going to have a 'talk' with me anyway about my lack of speed.. Back on the job hunt again today, I think I need to work on my covering letters rather than just a few sentences as I know I can apply myself to a lot of different things and have very decent qualifications. Getting used to these early mornings though, going to make this time between work count and do something productive.

How did your gig go Monsta? Sorry not been browsing gibberings and cba to trawl through the post.

Can't believe someone has a job titles "resetlement officer" - but glad to hear you'll get some sort of assistance to help you move and get you set back up. I hope it won't be too stressful, moving is so much hard work - all that sorting out and boxing and tidying ugg. Will they allow a budgie?
 
Friday tomorrow and it's nearly Halloween and as far as I can see there is nothing interesting happening! Hoping something appears soon. :)
 
If I was to take Oxy for the first time, say 20mg, could I hide the effects of the drug in brief social interactions, ie with my parents. Or at least disguise it as being a little drunk? (I have a mild codeine tolerance by the way)
 
Try 15mg just to make sure, some people are really sensitive. Also not if it's for a long period of time.

Long time no post. Thought I'd check in and say HI! How's EADD these days?

I'm knackered after a long and hard week of work but it's been worth it - extra dosh for my 10-day break in that place where they eat pasta and pizza a lot. :) Well excited.

Much changed round here or..?

Likely best off to quit than to "have a talk" - I had one of those and it didn't go well lol.
Ah well mate, like you say: There's bound to be better things out there that aren't nearly as soul destroying and better paying :)
And that's a good spirit to have, get yerself out there and smash some heads together to show your dedication ;)

It went fucking amazingly thanks mate :D One of the best nights of my life and certainly the biggest and best gig of my life so far :)

Glad to hear it. Not sure why I fucked off for such a long time. It happens I suppose. Think the lack of dr00gz made me lose interest in reading about you lot getting off your nut on a regular basis. :p

Things are good my end. It went a bit shit last month when the taxman was a right cunt and took a lot more than expected so my holiday plans were almost scuppered! :( :X But as luck would have it some work came and in and I can *just* about afford it. Normal folk would prob be sensible and not go but what's the fucking point if you can enjoy yourself eh? =D
 
I hate cleaning to move, as well as lugging all the shit inside to the next place, so much that I actually contemplate burning the place down to collect the insurance...
 
Not a bad idea, all told.

The last couple of moves are the only ones where the back door of Optimus Prime's trailer hasn't turned up from back in the days mys sister used to throw my Tranformers down the stairs. I have no idea how it followed me through nearly two decades and countless moves. It's long gone now but it still hurts.
 
I've moved some ridiculous amount of times like 8 in 5 years or something. Hands down worst was miving from one calls to another up the road for summer. Had to get a luggage trolley from kings cross station to get my stuff up the hill on a blistering july day. Took 6 fucking trips!
 
That is indeed shitty. I think anybody would struggle to top that one in terms of grimness. Though at least the sun was shining.

My worst one was coming back from a bender feeling like shit to find my belongings had been packed away without warning. Although having daily screaming matches and flesh gouged out of me should've been a warning in retrospect. A learning experience? As if.

I'm trying to remember how many different places I've lived in since then but struggling. Could well rival your eight though.
 
I've only moved 6 times in the last 5 years, booooo. My worst was moving an entire house of furniture, white goods and miscellaneous shit, with a man with a van who was a total retard. He was completely unhelpful, and he had zero sense of humour. Then he decided he would pack up at 5 and come back tomorrow, when we were meant to be out that night lol. I've also done the moving 20 doors down uphill thing, what really riled me up about it was the completely pointless nature of the entire thing.
 
i lived in about 8/9 gaffs in one year once sorta sofa surfing/homeless type existence pretty shitty time to be honest , was about 15years ago but still i am unlikely to forget.
