dunno whether this belongs in the fucked megathread or in here but im pleasantly floating around work with pinned out eyes after eating some coco's i always thought opiate tolerance was a bugger to get down, im used to 600mg doses of codeine but say 4 8/500 coco's has me feeling rather nice! lol, im sure people can tell, but its all good, got a bit of a dizzy walk on the go too lol ;)

Eeeeeee I remember the days where I could eat 4 Nurofen+ and all my social anxieties and depression would melt away....

My plan to not drink till Saturday is le fail as someone is coming round with teh wines. Won't be able to get shit faced at least.

As I've been told by many members of BL when I spoke of my drinking problem, you must not look at such a blip as the end of the world Wibz hun :)
I know it's a cliché now, but relapses and lapses are part of the recovery process - Another cliché, we fall down we pick ourselves up :)

And look at the positives, like you say - You won't be getting shitfaced and you'll be able to give it another shot afterwards ;)
Would you care for more clichés? I'm sure I can think of some more, though ofcourse they'll be just as true as the former :)~<3

woohooooo, found an excellent supply of new meph, just sampled tonight, been mixing music like a faultless madman, effortlessly genre hopping , beat skipping, and loving it....just as our ancient supply of preban coming to an end, made a greta ne wocnnection, and all is aved! hallelujahhhhhhhh!

couple of vallies down, hoping to get 5 hours kip in befor me son wakes me uo wantinf=to do all sorts of strenuous half-term actvities, swimming, skate park, fisihin, fingers crossed for the vallies.

dencebt meph is on Uk again. Rejoice ona and all//////1!
 
Thanks monsta, you're a kind soul. Had the whole bottle of wine since the eprson who brought it doesn't actually like wine! Think it was a nefarious plan to get me drunk, and it succeeded, oops.

Also stayed up the whole freaking night and now I'm an absolute zombie at work. Apparently i made an absolute cunt of myself on monday night when I got drunk, fuck.
 
Judging people on the strength of their behaviour when drunk is pretty ridiculous, mean spirited and shortsighted. Which is not to say that the drunkenness is to be necessarily encouraged, but anyone with a shred of empathy should forgive you any misdemeanours.

Still, you want to watch that drinking. Especially on school nights. Hypocrisy is also one to watch.
 
Oh they didn't say I acted like a tit, just told me the silly things I did. I was blissfully ignorant of so much apparently... You're right though this drinking is too much and the forgetting stuff is dangerous. This weekend is my test, if I can just have one or two at my mates birthday then I think I'll be ok. If not might have to abstain for a bit.

Breach of proper drinking etiquette. ;)

A really counterproductive way to approach people who've been acting silly (or self destructive; the two often intersect) on drink too. Tends to further isolate people and make any outbursts worse, at least in my experience.

Good luck at the weekend. Birthdays are a real challenge when you're trying to cut your grog intake.

i think if someone in drunkeness shows themselves to be have problems so deep that it has an immediate and lasting negative effect on your own psyche, its not lack of empathy, but self preservation.

Well that's a start at the very least. I often find that that kind of shock can be extremely effective.

It has to be your own decision though. People who piously lecture excessive drinkers are usually wasting their time and should probably take up crosswords instead.
 
thew way i see it when one gets drunk n does stuff they may regret , as long as your with proper Friends they will allways 4get any daftness ,

N you know most if us in EADD are dafties so were bound to forget:)
